These guys are experts. They know what they are doing and they do it well and safely. I trust no one else with my trees. Mike Grey is my contact and he is excellent.

I contacted this company and the Representative who came on site was very knowledgable. The trees on the property had a lot of dead wood and needed to be cleaned and trimmed. One of the trees needed 3 cabels to keep it from splitting in the case of a heavy snow storm. There was another tree that needed to be removed. The Representative took care to the permit and gave suggestion to which tree to replant. The crew that came out to do the work were very good and proficient. Overall a good company.

We had an oak from 1850 topple over in Hurricane Sandy. Removing this massive tree was quite a challenge, and Davey Tree's Mark Logtenberg assessed it and assembled a first rate team to do the job with no injuries and no further property damage at all. The tree had fallen on a hill and so it was difficult to access and Mark and his team did an amazing job of figuring how to do it and executing perfectly. It pays to use real professionals for the hard assignments

Fantastic Tree service company. Extremely competitive prices and a friendly professional crew. We had about 10 branches that needed pruning, while they were here they also cleaned up dead branches etc at no extra charge. Very happy and highly recommend. The 2 guys that came out were great.

Davey provides excellent service and works to a high standard. The staff are well-trained, courteous, punctual, knowlegable and helpful. Most importantly, they work to the very highest saftey standards. I have used their services for 10 years with wonderful results. However, they are still a paper based business, and very far behind the times in terms of technology. They have no on-line billing or payment system, nor can a customer look up previous work anywhere except by calling them. I say to them: I love you, but you need to save a few trees: so put down the paper, and pick up the keyboard.

We are constantly working to improve our efficiency and are working on a completely automated quote and invoice system...but with all technology based systems, we do not want to bring it on-line until all of the bugs are worked out! Davey had done work for us before and on this occasion cut out a dead walnut tree from the border with our neighbor. During the process, some of the branches fell into our pool and subsequently tore our winter cover. David, the District Manager, came out, investigated and reimbursed us for the damages. Accountability is important when managing a company and a huge part of customer service. Davey came through and will be recommended to friends and neighbours because of how they dealt with a problem and took responsibility for it.

We purchased a house with an apple tree in the back yard. It was obvious that the tree had not been pruned in many, many years. Davey was able to come and look at the tree while we were at work and leave us a quote. They also added removing some large branches from a neighbour's dead tree that were hanging over our yard. I had a few questions which they did a great job answering and explaining. They came within a week of me calling to confirm that they were hired and did such a great job cleaning up that we didn't even have to rake the leaves from our backyard that week.

Davey Tree Company removed a very old, large, sick tree from our property, including the roots. All work was done safely, with attention paid to nearby structures. Davey cleaned up after the work was done so that the site was left clean.

We recently had our sugar maple pruned. This is not the first time we have used Davy. Their staff is very professional and explain the work to be done. While on the job they take care of the property and always verify the work done with us to ensure it meets our satisfatifaction. Our sugar maple is one of the most beautiful trees in the neighbourhood, and it largely due to the care Davy has given if over the years.

This company did a wonderful job. They came at the time they predicted, were very friendly crew. They did an exceptional job. We were even able to speak to them and get them to do additional work when they were there. They were a very reliable and exceptional company and would recommend them to anyone!
