We were designing a Teachers' Resource Center and were referred to The Shelving Outlet by a friend. Our experience was AMAZING from the first minute. Marty was able to visualize what we needed and assisted with the design. He worked exceptionally quickly, keeping to our timeline, and kept to the schedule which is extremely rare in the renovation business. The installers were also extremely pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. We were so satisfied with the craft room that we proceeded to turn around and design two additional areas - including a computer lab. The end result was just gorgeous and people are walking in all the time and commenting on the design, functionality and quality. I would HIGHLY recommend The Shelving Outlet!

We had two closets (one small walk-in and one entrance closet) fitted out with shelving and some of the shelves were not cut to exact size and the little metal tab/rest parts that hold up the metal bar come out a little and I need to press them back in, but I don't think they will come out entirely resulting in the bar falling. Overall the units are stable and serve us well. The sales and service was excellent and the price was very competitive and the design was appropriate to our needs.

They designed a solution to an odd-shaped closet. Great materials, excellent workmanship and reasonable price. Elliot was great to work with. The installer, Mohammed, was very meticulous and careful not to damage anything else in the area (e.g., didn't ding the walls on the way in or anything else).

We shopped around for a few different quotes prior to going ahead with Marty and I am so glad we chose this company. They provided us with the best price and the quality is outstanding. One thing people should note is that other closet companies provide closets that are not as deep as your hangers which was something I hadn't realized would be an issue. This wasn't an issue with Custom Closet Organizers and the quality of the product was outstanding. The service was also excellent. We would definitely use them again!

Since we didn't have any first hand recommendations we ended up calling on a few (ok 4) companies to quote, including a lower end outfit just off of Winston Churchill, and the premium group from California at the high end. We enjoyed our interactions with Marty and Eliott and found them friendly and happy to trade ideas. They gave us their honest opinion when we were looking at over-engineering the set-up, saving us money. While I wish their showroom was open on weekends, I managed to visit during the week, and I suggest anyone looking at closets do the same. You just can't compare quality and styles from small sample pieces and pictures. You wouldn't order a bedroom set without seeing it... I had two minor issues: one being an original design that had a cramped corner that one of their competitors noticed, and a small error on just one part of the shelves that required them to come back a second day for completion of install. Other than that, I found them timely, courteous, and kept their word. Their design software can't compare to the high-end outfit, but an apples to apples quote was 50% higher, so I can do without whiz-bang 3D models. BTW, doing your closets is something you will completely, totally love unless you live in a big house. It was worth the spend and then some.

I received quotes from 6 companies before I chose the Shelving Outlet. Marty was excellent to work with and really helped me to design the closet of my dreams. His quote came in just under everyone else's even though his was the most elaborate. Above and beyond: He stopped by on his way home from work to drop off colour samples. Above and beyond: He came by after the installation to make sure everything was perfect. Above and beyond: He stayed late at the warehouse so my husband could come after work to see the samples. Really nice guys to work with. I definitely recommend this company.

My husband and I used the Custom Closet Organizers to customize two of our closets. Someone I know recommended I have Marty from the Shelving Outlet come by to give me prices and some ideas. He was easy to talk to to and straightforward with his quote. He put together some great drawings for an awkward closet. The work got done as promised and this was about 1.5 years ago. His price was competitive and overall I think we got a great deal and product. The other day I realized we had a minor issue with the closet so I called them up to see what to do. Within 15 minutes I had a service appointment scheduled, for the SAME DAY! Marty came by and fixed the problem at no charge. It is remarkable that a company will stand by their product like this and offer such excellent service so long after the installation. Definitely would recommend the Shelving Outlet not just for quality and price, but excellent after service

I had a number of different closet organizer companies provide us quotes. From the beginning Shelving Outlet stood out from the others from the way they listened, their knowledge, their professionalism and the quality of the product that they offered. I was surprised too by the value of their pricing compared to the other companies. Their quote initially seemed more expensive than some of the companies but when you really compared apples to apples we realized we were given by far the best quote based on the products, number of fronts and drawers and other features. Most importantly, the installation was done when they said it would be and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend shelving outlet.
