We recently purchased a home and were recommended Crazy Joes by a friend of the family that bought from them 15 odd years ago. We walked into the store and were greeted by Crazy Joe himself who told us about the shop at home service and introduced us to Jacob who scheduled a "design consultation" with us to help us out with our window problem. He arrived promptly with Suri and spent a great deal of time and care to meet both our taste and budget. Once the order was taken he made sure that everything was ready well before our house warming party and it looked great. He even came back after everything was installed to make sure it was perfect!

I ordered blinds & shutters for delivery on specific dates. The blinds were delivered on time but the valance did not fit properly. After many calls, it still has not been fixed. The shutters arrived but a date much later than agreed upon. I would not recommend this firm to anyone .

I had new blinds installed in my kitchen. The initial consultation was done quickly and I was guided into making a very wise choice. The installation went as promised but they forgot to bring one part (the valance). It then took a very long time till they came to install that piece. We had to make numerous phone calls
