Fantastic company

New Furnace / AC installation Choose to have my furance and new AC installed by CozyWorld based on positive reviews from Homestars and the fact that CozyWorld actually listed estimated prices on their website.
When Boris came to give me a quote, the price was in-line with the estimated website pricing.
When the installation crew arrive, i was very impressed with the way they covered the entire pathway to may furnace room with Blankets to ensure my house was kept clean. I was also very impressed with the quality of work and work ethic.
I would 100% recommend CozyWorld to anyone.

Great Job!!

Replacing my Old Furnace I found out Cozy World from other forum. I was delight to see they list the prices of ALL the furnaces they carry.

Boris came visit me to take measurements and gave me a firm quote on-site. We exchanged a few email afterward regarding the installation date and my other questions, and he responded to them promptly.

The new furnace went in yesterday with no surprise. The team did a great job; Cozy world truly deserve the outstanding rating here.

Highly Recomend Cozy World

new furnace & AC Boris & crew at Cozy World were great. They did a great job, very professional, careful, polite, took away all garbage & debris.
I'm very happy we went with CozyWorld & would highly recommend CozyWorld.

Perfectly done

furnace and humidifyer installation Everything done to perfection. Installators were nice, worked clean, didn't leave dust or mess. Came on time as scheduled. Boris Sherman, the owner, is very professional and knowledgable person, pleasure to deal with.

new furnace and AC unit Called Cozy world for quote was there the next day
Great price very knowlegable about their products, answered all my questions. Installation went as promised.
There were some operational issues with the furnace shortly after installation, which were handled in a very professional manner,
with exceptional customer service from Boris the owner & Fred the installer.

Call Cozyworld last... but make sure that you call them!

New Furnace and AC How refreshing it is to get a great price AND great service!?!

Before finding Boris I had another company come in to quote on a new furnace/AC for my house. They recommended Goodman, and gave me what I thought was a fair price. I was a little reluctant to go with Goodman, so I did some internet research. During that search I found the Cozyworld website, and noticed the combined prices were $1200 less for the exact same equipment! Too good to be true?

Skeptically, I called Cozyworld to see what the hidden costs were. After finally reaching Boris (he is a little tough to get on the phone at first), I had him come in to quote on my job. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He offered some great suggestions that the other companies didn't. More amazingly his quote was just what was posted on his website.

Well, today was the install, and I have to say that I am now even more impressed. His team did everything right, and in fact came up with some even better suggestions than Boris to make the install as clean and unobtrusive as possible!

I couldn't be more pleased with Cozyworld.

Couldn't be happier with Cozy World

New high efficiency furnace When we bought our new house, we knew we'd want to replace the very old furnace as soon as possible. We got quotes for a few different companies and felt the most confident going with Cozy World. Boris took a careful look at our house and found a solution to a difficulty that other companies hadn't seen. He also explained in detail everything that would be needed for the job. When it came time for installation, everything went smoothly. The workers were conscientious about the floors going in and out of the house, consulted with us when there was more than one option for setting something up, and completed the job within the estimated time frame and cost. That was a few weeks ago, and the furnace has been running perfectly with no problems ever since!

No Worries with Cozyworld

Furnace Installation Had an 20 year old mid-efficiency furnace which worked well in the 70 year old house we bought in 2008, but we had horrendous gas bills, $2400 last year, so got told about the rebates as well recommend from friends for Boris from Cozyworld. Tried a few other estimates, but Cozy had best price, with a Goodman furnace, but also the best warranty with 10 year parts and labor. Were recommended a 2 stage 45,000 BTU, Boris explained this was sufficient, 95% eff. furnace with brushless DC motor. The installation went very smoothly, the guys professional and courteous. Boris was very helpful and easy to deal with overall. Haven't got our new gas bill yet, but so far noticeably quieter than the old one. Thanx Cozyworld!

Cozy world is great!

New high efficiency furnace I had a chimney lining problem with a mid-efficiency furnace that was condensing in the liner
on cold days. With mid-efficiency furnaces no longer in the picture, and spending $ on a new liner
seeming crazy, I had Boris come and look at the situation. He suggested a Goodman high-efficiency furnace with a new programmable thermostat. The install went great, and the furnace is nice and quiet. On the plus side, Boris said that for the size of my house, and the fact that one wall is shared (semi-detached), I didn't need as large a furnace as my mid-efficiency: 45,000 BTU versus 80,000 BTU. It's nice dealing with someone who actually knows about heating, and older houses, and doesn't try to sell a larger product than is needed. I would highly recommend Boris and his team!

Cozy World - great service and reasonable

Furnace replacement Project: replace original 22-yr. old high-efficiency furnace with Goodman 70,000 BTU model. Original furnace had a rusting heat exchanger and the blower sounded like two drunk hampsters playing symbals on their exercise wheel.

Project started at 10:00 a.m. and finished at approx. 4:00 p.m. Everything went well...the guys did a nice thorough installation...Kam was very good at explaining the humidifier maintenance as well as showing the internals of the Goodman furnace...a very nicely built unit. For someone like myself working in a technical job, a picture of the internals would almost sell me on the unit.

The furnace is so quiet to me it seems like the blower in it isn't even running. A very nice change to the old beast we had before. The house definitely feels warmer - we can probably reduce the temp. by 1-2 degrees. Also, Kam had mentioned that the original furnace/plenum for outbound air had (4) holes in the side with varying sizes smaller/larger than a $2 coin, which explained why the house wasn't heated very well and furnace room so warm. In addition, he commented how dirty the bottom of the old furnace was, even though we had yearly maintenance from another company who had the higher price (by $1600) for installation of the same new furnace and humidifier.

Q: Why is the other company charging $125 annual maintenance and
didn't find the holes or clean the original furnace properly?

A: They are more concerned about a steady revenue stream with their
maintenance program, which was ineffective.

Kam was also quite helpful at explaining the need to keep the furnace room free of dust around the furnace base as well as the hot water heater sensor at the base of the hot water tank.

These are many things the home owner should know, which doesn't seem to be common knowledge among anyone I've spoken with prior to dealing with your company. Great service and prompt follow-up the next day for the OPA rebate.
