Installation of HE furnace and tankless hot water heater. I'll just add my kudos to Boris' ever-growing list. In short, Boris knows exactly what he's talking about, is punctual, competitively-priced and only seems to hire similar people. The two guys who showed up did a great job, explained everything well, solved some unforeseen problems and even vacuumed when they were done. As a single home owner who knows nothing about this sort of thing, I felt very comfortable and that I was treated fairly. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Simply the BEST

Great experience

Air conditioner replacement It's really nice when you have a contractor who does what they say they will do, in the time that they said they would do it, and for the cost they promised you. Cozy World passed all 3 of these requirements with flying colours. One of the best contractor experiences we've had to date.

Excellent Choice

New Furnace & A/C Furnace and A/C purchase and install
After weeks of research and comparing quotes we chose Boris and his crew at Cozy World. It was the right decision. Our 20+ year old furnace and A/C had to come out. The pricing from Boris is very competitive. Communication was a pleasure. We scheduled an installation was completed by his great crew espcecially KAM in a professional manner. Boris visited during installation and a few days later day. Boris emailed us the paperwork and details required to access ECO-rebates. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone that is looking to replace or repair their furnace or A/C unit. Its a great feeling when you research, choose and end up having made the right choice.

air conditioning they were prompt, helpful with their suggestions, the price was great, they cleaned up before they left. and they even offered to make a couple of improvements to the airflow of the house without being asked!

Fast, friendly and skilled

Furnace and AC replacement We were looking to get our furnace and AC replaced before the heat set in this summer. We emailed Boris to get a quote, had a time set within a day. Boris took the time during the estimate to walk thorough what we were looking for, explain our options and provided us with a detailed quote.

Once we decided to go with Boris it was only a matter of days before the crew showed up (on time, as promised). The crew was courteous and efficient, laying down floor protection, checking the locations of the new appliances with me, and working to find a better placement out of the AC outside.

Our AC has been working wonderfully and more efficiently, and I'm happy we went with Cozy World. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cozy World

Air Conditioning I had been recommended Boris at Cozy World by one of my co-workers and couldn't have been happier. Boris showed up when he said he would and the service men arrived on time on installation day. It's hard to imagine that a company could treat you any better than Cozy World. Every aspect of their operation was first-rate. And then Boris followed up within hours of the installation. Now that's service! Thanks Boris.

Our house is now "Cozy" all year round!

Air Conditioner Installation My wife an I completed a major Gut renovation last year (through this year) and broke the bank many times over. When we replaced the furnace and ducting this winter, we decided to hold off on the AC until the spring. Well one thing led to another, and we did not have the funds to install the AC. As you all know, this summer has been brutal, and after selling some stuff that we had around the house to raise some cash, we decided to break down and get the AC installed.

We called a few contractors including the one who did the furnace, and the prices were still too high for our limited budget. We found Cozy World while researching different AC units, and thanks to the reviews here, felt confident that Boris and Cozy World would not only provide a cost effective solution, but quality installation and service.

We purchased a Goodman 13 Seer unit (which was not eligible for rebates) based on their warranty and reputation/reviews on the web. We purchased the 1.5 ton unit on a recommendation regarding the size of our home, and am thoroughly impressed. The unit is super quiet, cools like crazy and actually looks pretty good against our house.

Fred the installer came right on time as promised, with his apprentice, and were extremely efficient. When they arrived they placed drop clothes through the entire path to the furnace room, and every time they would use a tool, it would be cleared and placed back in their truck. The entire install took about 3 hours (New install unit on bracket, new coil, electrical etc.) and despite our finished basement, the only drywall that was disturbed was a 5 inch square hole they needed to cut to feed the hoses through the ceiling. Fred asked if it would be OK to cut a small hole, and once I agreed he proceeded to remove a small piece while holding a box underneath to catch all of the debris.

Although I never met Boris (We spoke on the phone and email many times) he was very helpful and professional. He returned my calls immediately, responded to questions without delay, and was flexible with our payment terms.

I would recommend Cozy WOrld without hesitation to anyone that requires Heating / Cooling work done in their home. They are true professionals, and provide quality work and communication throughout the process. Thanks for making our home Cozy!

Professional and Courteous Installation

Replace Furnace and Air Conditioner Boris, the owner of Cozy World, showed up for my quote on time and was very honest and courteous. The quote was competitive and the installation crew was professional and did a nice clean job. They fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat and had everything up and running quickly. I always wait a few weeks to do this type of review, just to make sure everything is running smoothly and after 3 weeks, everything is perfect. I could not be happier with the service and the equipment.
