Called Cozy World for a new high efficiency furnace and spoke with Boris. He came out to the house to provide me with an estimate and to match the correct size furnace for the home. Boris took his time to review the options with me. A month later I called Boris back to have the work done. Boris remembered our meeting and scheduled the install a couple of days later, Boris's team arrived and completed the install. They took great care removing the old beast that lived in my basement, and left the area just as clean as they met it, if not cleaner. When my hot water heater leaked, I realized it was time to not only get another one but to upgrade my 40+ year old furnace. I received a quote from Direct Energy (don't go there) and then saw the favorable reviews for Cozy World. Boris arrived the same day I called him and gave me a quote for exactly what I needed. He was very practical, explaining that for the size of my house and my price range, I didn't need a top of the line furnace with all the bells and whistles. I bought a high efficiency furnace and Cozy World also lined the chimney for the hot water heater. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

All the reviews are true. Cozy World superb service. Called Boris for appointment, showed up exactly on time. I knew nothing about air conditioners (as most people) and he explained everything in clear, accurate details. What needed to be done, the junky old unit, how new one would be installed. Sat down promptly, gave the estimate which exactly matched the prices on his web site. No "hidden/additional fees." We had a couple of other companies come in for quotes, price did not compare, but more importantly, Boris gave me info. which I asked the other company and they could not even answer. Scheduled install. Showed up before scheduled time, install went smoothly (I was not home) but spouse said it went great. Tried the a/c already, works fantastic. Next day Boris sent me information to register warranty with manufacturer and follow-up email on install. I would 100% recommend Cozy World.

I wasn't in a rush for central air and talked to 4-5 companies in the past year. Some were heavy on sales and magic payment plans, some were strong on brand but had high prices to match, the people who seemed the best to work with carried brands with terrible ratings. Cozy World was the first that met all my criteria: a well-rated brand (Goodman), quiet operation (several db lower than the competition, and Boris suggested both the vibration-absorbing base and base pad), all at a reasonable price. So far so good, but as all A/C reviews show - long-term happiness varies directly with the quality of the installation (look for Goodman reviews, they tell this story real well). The Cozy World team met or exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a difficult route to run the line out. Boris planned for access panels where drywall would need to be opened up. Then the team came and figured out how to do it with fewer holes. They found and fixed a slow gas leak in two of the joints that were being moved. I suggested they remove the humidifier if they needed more room to run lines, as it came with the house and hadn't ever worked. Instead they saw it wasn't correctly wired and fixed it. These guys are exactly the people you want, they really do leave every situation better than they found it. Cozy World was fantastic to work with. Boris and his crew installed my furnace in the summer of 2010, a few weeks ago I called him for a service question and he returned my call within 5 minutes and walked me through the troubleshooting. It turned out that I needed to replace my batteries in the thermostat. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone that wants to receive exceptional service both during the install but also years later.
