    Basement cabinets and table

    Spencer was very quick to respond, and managed to supply a quote prior to seeing the space. Very professional and felt instantly secure in his ability. They built the cabinets weeks before scheduled date and installed perfectly. Jeremy was on site for build, he was very professional and efficient. During install the team placed fabric cloth everywhere and were super clean - finish product was perfect and highest standard! A**** will book them again on our next project.

    2 Built-ins on each side of fireplace in sitting room

    From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Copacetic. Spencer was very helpful in fitting the project to our budget. The alcoves on each side of the fireplace were quite uneven so Spencer's accurate measurements and recommendations ensured that we ended up with a perfect finish. As for Jeremy and Edwin who installed the built-ins they were wonderful. They were punctual, very respectful of our home, and left the site clean and tidy. Their skill level and great attention to every little detail resulted in 2 gorgeous pieces of furnitute that bring the room together. Everybody who has come to our house has commented on how great the built-ins look. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for high quality craftsmanship!

    Kitchen Renovation

    We needed to renovate a small kitchen in a townhouse. Copacetic was highly recommended to us by a professional cabinet maker and we can't thank him enough. The guys at Copacetic understood exactly what we wanted, accommodated all our mid-reno changes of mind, worked around challenges presented by other contractors, and delivered superior quality kitchen cabinets. A special shout out to Jeremy, who consistently went above and beyond with his customer service. If you are want custom cabinetry you can save a lot of time looking around for the best by just calling Copacetic.

    Custom Console

    Copacetic was recommended by a family member who had them do some cabinet work. My spouse and I have a small home with a unique wall space that we needed a custom piece for. Spencer came by to do measurements and was very thorough. He came up with at least 5 design variations for us to choose from and was patient and detailed in his responses to our many, many questions. We are newbies when it comes to custom furniture but Spencer was excellent at explaining what was involved. We had a fairly tight budget, but ended up going slightly over when we saw his fantastic final design, which hit all of our must haves in a stylish, modern way. We knew it would be the "wow" piece that our living room deserved. It was installed last night by Jay, who was very kind and respectful of our home, and we were blown away by the final product. The craftmanship is excellent, and we are proud to have it in our home. Thank you to everyone involved!

    Condo millwork

    Good Afternoon Spencer, I would like to let you, and your whole team at Copacetic, know that the project that was done in our condo suite turned out just great! Not only was Nelia Teves’s design interpreted accurately but the product was delivered and installed with professionalism and skill. It was a pleasure to work with Copacetic and I appreciated the attention given to all our questions and concerns. Very much look forward to our next projects together.

    Amazing Job!!

    We had an office built in unit made from these guys. It was amazing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were professional right from the start. The quality of the work was incredible. The installers were great. Overall, this was an amazing experience. We will definitely use them in the future for more projects. Thanks guys!

    Great attn to detail

    They did a fantastic job with our built-in bench (with storage drawers underneath). They were professional and thorough. The young installers had incredible attention to detail and left the room in immaculate condition.

    Architectural feature panel

    As part of our new home build, our architect designed a feature panel to go beside our main staircase, which Copacetic Woodwork built for us. They did an outstanding job! Not only is the panel extremely well-constructed and beautiful, but the installation was exemplary. The installation team took the full week to install, assembling and disassembling multiple times, measuring and adjusting to ensure everything was perfect before they glued it. They scribed rather than shimmed the bottom to align with the inconsistencies in the level of the floor for a more professional finish. They brought their own floor protection, vacuumed and cleaned when they were done, moved the table back and lowered the chandelier to return everything the way it was when they arrived. One of the fellows even returned on Saturday morning to remove the clamps in time for a dinner party we were hosting that evening. Once they started, they returned every day until the job was complete. Many other trades could take a lesson from Ian’s team in pride of workmanship, attention to detail and ownership for the outcome and customer experience. We feel privileged to have worked with such a professional company.

    Kitchen/laundry/mudroom renovation

    Copacetic did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation project and delivered outstanding products and services at a fair price. Superb cabinetry. Knowledgable, capable and courteous personnel. Excellent value. 11 stars out of 10!

    made a new tabletop for a 6' round dining table

    I reached out to Copacetic Woodwork (after finding them online) because my dining room table top was about 20 years old and very marked up. It's a good quality table and we love having a round dining table so we were interested in getting it refinished. Ian and Spencer were prompt and informative when I reached out by email. We arranged for the table to be picked up (the guys were excellent who did the moving -- it's a very heavy table!!) and then went to Copacetic's shop to figure out what to do with the table. They showed us all of our options and we decided to have a new tabletop (and lazy susan) made out of walnut and keep the old base. 6 weeks later, we had our new table delivered. The whole process was smooth and easy and we are thrilled with the finished product!
