When we needed integration of a new kitchen applicance we wanted no one else! The team is professional with unparalled attention to quality and detail in their work, which looks and functions today as perfiectly as is did when new. There aren't many professionals like Ian around anymore.

The most recent project we have worked on together was one of the best: a chef's kitchen and lounge located at Lexus Downtown on Dundas Street West. Every piece of Copacetic's work sings! We are extremely pleased with the work Copacetic did for us. They did several pieces for us - a mantle, a front hall bench and a basement wall piece with bench seating, storage and a built-in wine fridge cabinet. Our house is over 80 years old and, unfortunately, not completely level. Copacetic did a fantastic job not only making sure the pieces fit, but also overcoming the structural shortfalls in the house to make everything seemed level. We love the new pieces and have received plenty of compliments from friends and family about them. We definitely would use them again on another project for us.

Working with Ian and Louis to build the kitchen for our new home was a true pleasure. From our initial meeting, we felt comfortable and confident they understood our needs and could build the kitchen we wanted. They worked with us to meet our timelines, and even our general contractor was impressed with their attention to detail. We had a general idea of the design we wanted, but they made it better through tweaks based on their experience - they were even able to accommodate some design elements that a true custom shop could build. In the next phase our build, we'll be doing some custom millwork, and Ian and Louis will be getting our business again! These guys have sawdust in their blood!
