Radio City Condos, Beautiful, modern design at the twin towers in downtown Toronto. Excellent layout, reasonable price, perfect location. My only real problem with them is that their response to condo deficiencies was very slow. They took four months to deal with one problem but it took six months to deal with all the problems combined. However, one of their independent contractors assigned to our suite made up for it by going above and beyond in servicing what needed to be done as well as a few extra things he did that were not manditory for him to attent to. His name is Deon, so I would still rate Context as an above average developer and am satisfied with our purchase.

I recently purchased a new condo at Church and Carlton from Context Development. The service was great. They responded to all my deficiency claims quickly and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this developer to anyone looking for a new condo in the city of Toronto.
