The team did a fantastic job , they came on time and very professional and handled cleaning service of my home as their own home. I highly recommend their services.

This was my second time using Clean and Shiny for a deep cleaning of a 2-storey house. I was happy to see that a very thorough job was done once again (e.g. beds, sofas, and other furniture moved to clean the floors underneath instead of just going around them). I feel the price is reasonable for the quality of the work.

I hired clean and shiny for a move-in clean and they were great! They were able to come relatively short notice on a holiday weekend. We needed cleaning for a three story home that had a lot of dust and grime. They did a thorough job, were able to work with my schedule, and had competitive pricing. I'd definitely hire them again!

They came by the house and did a post Reno/move in clean up and everything looks great and the price was good. I liked seeing all of the services listed on their website.

I had my kitchen reorganized and cleaned as well as my town house vacuumed and cleaned after moving in to it for a few months. Ella did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The fridge was cleaned and organized in a way that make perfect sense and easy to remember. Likewise my shelves we also cleaned and organized. Alex did a great job vacuuming and cleaning my washrooms and closet. He also helped me find more usable space in my small townhouse. I had to leave them work alone due to an appointment and they looked after my dog for me. Everything was fine when I returned. I value Ella's and Alex's service because they do their excellent work themselves with pride, and they have earned my trust. Thank you Ella & Alex

These cleaners came to clean a home I was putting up for sale that was already staged. They moved things around as they thought they knew better. They did a terrible job cleaning. The house still needed to be cleaned the next day. The basement needed to be fully cleaned as it was not touched as did the kitchen appliances and many other areas in the home. This house was supposed to be ready to be photographed and they were there for 9 hours. When I contacted them the next day, they didn't care and sent me the bill.

Needed my apartment to be cleaned for new tenants to move in. Just a normal mop, vacuum, fridge, store, bathrooms etc. Ella and her husband charge more that most services and it was horrible. The floors were not mope, the microwave, floors, backsplash, washroom were not cleaned. Seems like they just used a dry cloth to wipe everything. Said it would take 3 hours, and it took only 2 hours. They use perfume to spray the apt. to make it seem as if they cleaned it. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE TWO. A SHAME AND DISGRACE!!!!!

We renovated our Kitchen Dining and living room. Before moving back home I needed a deep clean of all the windows, floors, cabinetry and bathrooms. Ella responded to my call right away and was available immediately. They did a great job... my fridge has never sparkled so much! They were very through to clean the windows and sills and even vacuumed the screens. They brought all their own equipment (shop vac for specialized reno dust) and supplies. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a post renovation clean.

Ella and team did a very detailed move in cleaning for our 4 bedroom townhome. They were very thorough and efficient in their work. The house was in bad shape with dirty shutters, grimy baths and basement cobwebs. They even cleaned the garage door which was not in our contract. Highly highly recommend their service to make your home look new again!
