    Brent was thorough, patiently answered all of our questions and explained his findings. He also provided us great advice on maintenance and future improvements. His expertise definitely gave us peace of mind and helped us make a well-informed decision. Thanks again, Brent!

    Great company

    We were inspecting a building which we are considering purchasing (non residential). Brent came and thoroughly inspected the property. He was very friendly every step of the way, which made the process much easier. He also thoroughly reviewed his report afterwards and gave us a lot of time to ask questions.

    Home Inspection -New Home Purchase in Newmarket

    Brent did not only provide me with a thorough home inspection on my property purchase but he also gave me tidbits on little touch-ups to do in the house ...what makes sense and not...given the layout of the home. Short and medium terms areas of concern were provided. I found him to be very personable, professional and open to address any questions no matter how small. He will be my go to guy going forward and this is a REALTOR talking.

    Efficient

    The work was quick and efficient. After purchasing a new home, it was necessary to note if the home was in good standing. Brent was quick and efficient and helped point out some of the changes that should be made immediately, and aspects that were very good about that home. My only feedback would be to combine the pictures with the report, as a visual of what you are reading is much easier to correlate what is going on.

    Excellent Job

    ERIC Showed up 10 minutes before time, he is very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection provided us with a report (included tons of photos) the same night. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Walkthrough took roughly 2 hours (2300 sq ft). Very professional and courteous, and most importantly genuine.
