I heard of Tim from a business contact. When I called him, he made himself available almost immediately and we met for an estimate, which he gave me couple of days after. I called Tim later to confirm the job and he said he would call me in about a week. Said and done, he called, we scheduled a day and time and two of his team member came on site. Not only they did an ecellent job, but they also helped me fix a shower door previosuly installed by the builder. Hit was a very hot day and his team did not sacrifice quality at all. Tim and his team are great professionals.

Last summer the kids were playing soccer on the driveway and the younger one shot the ball straight towards the window. The window shattered and we had to call in specialists. These guys replaces the damage in no time and at a real good price!

Our custom shower glass is absolutely beautiful!! Service from initial measure to install was very prompt. Classic glass installers were outstanding, very friendly and polite, and offered great advise on how to care for the shower glass. I would recommend this company to anyone for their great service and value.

The custom shower doors were beautiful. The initial service to have someone come out and measure was great and the gentleman offered some good advise. When the doors arrived and were installed the installer was very polite and friendly. Gave me several tips on how to care for the glass and did a little extra work over and above, now that's customer service.

After giving us the quote to replace a broken floor to ceiling wall mirror and us agreeing to it, they took over two months to finally replace the mirror. They failed to show up for two scheduled appointments - my sister had to take time off work each time to wait for them as the replacement was at my elderly mother's home. We had to keep chasing them to arrange times for installation. When the finally did show up, they broke the adjacent mirror panel and the panel they had brought ended up broken on their truck. In the end, the replaced it all, but charged us for the mirror they broke. When my sister called the office to dispute the charges the owner was rude to her and blamed her for all the issues we had had with this job. I'll never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Update: Email sent to company when no one showed up for one appointment: "Hi,xxx (I think it was xxx) was supposed to come today but no one showed up. Do you know what happened or when he's going to come?" Response from company: "Yes, our installer YYY was supposed to stop by yesterday - I believe he ran into a snag and couldn't make it." and...we were told a piece of glass on top of the damaged glass might be broken and we were quoted and agreed to that cost, not a piece that was separate and adjacent to the piece to be removed.

Both scheduled appointments were un-answered by customer once on site. Customer was informed of adjacent mirror breakage as we have experienced in the past. Customer was charged only for the mirror - more than reasonable at $94.00 When we do a replacement of other's work we have no idea how they are installed until we start the removal process. Sometimes it is impossible to remove without breakage. We will be more diligent before offering these services again.

Classic Glass and Mirror provided outstanding service and workmanship. Their sales rep, Tom Martin, was friendly, helpful and professional. He arrived on time, explained the options and later found a carpenter (Rick Kaminski) who built a wood railing and banister downstairs that matched the those upstairs, ahead of the glass installation. Mark, Classic's glass installer, was also a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail was exceptional. He took very careful measurements for the glass panels (a challenge because the existing wood railings weren't designed to hold glass), and presented installation options in an unbiased manner. He had the glass cut so the vertical dividing line between the panels on the ground level matched the one above it leading upstairs, and he aligned all the steel clips perfectly. Excellent work.

Once Again Classic glass comes through,this was a complicated shower stall installation with two swing doors meeting at a 90 degree angle to maximize the opening space,tim irwn and his guys came through again for us.Job looks great,functions well,I highly recommend this firm,they are real pros at glasswork and the service is fantastic and they are neat too.Kudos Classic!!Bob Beal,Artisan Bathrooms
