Since the first spring after we purchased our "near the river" home, when the ground water rose, my basement would end up with a couple of cms of water pooling up in it. (Just our luck, the sump hole was the "high" spot of the basement.) I called Cory and he gave me a quote that included removing the moldy wood in my cold storage, removing the moldy insulation that surrounded my entire basement, replacing the two window wells, installing the system around the entire basement and installing two sumps (one had to be dug and the other was a replacement for the awful one we had existing. Rob and Gary, the installers, were INCREDIBLE and I couldn't believe how much work was involved once the project got started! They were professional, thorough and hard-working...and just in time! Hurricane Sandy came through the day after completion and, for the first time, I didn't worry about water in my basement!
