As with when we purchased the system a few years ago , service with Clarke Basement has been a pleasure to deal with . this past week we had a service technician out to do the system inspection . the phone service setting up the appointment and the appointment itself were top notch .However on this particular day i was treated to a very knowledgable and attentive service man , Fitz Wicks. I now know more about my system from first hand knowledge than i ever thought i would and have a firmer graps of the system as a whole . Mr. Wicks was extremely knowledgable and thurow even taking the time to ensure that i could recognize areas and issues that could arise that i should be aware of . The system and service have been fantastic and i applaude the company for taking a high standard with the customer.

Had a significant water problem in our basement. Called in three contractors. Only Clarke figured out the problem and rectified it without digging up our entire yard! As well, because they coud pinpoint the problem, the charge was 40% less than the others who wanted to waterproof our entire back wall! Way to go Claude for your knowledge, as well as Rob Trevisan and Joe Trevisan who did the actual work! Everything was cleaned up properly and we received a satisfaction follow up call as well! Live in a low water table and the water would seep through the floor/wall cracks and flood the basement making it useless. Had the team from Clarke Basements come in and all is well in the world again. Fast, curtious and punctual installation. Left the area clean and were friendly to our small son. When time came for the annual service Fitz Wilks attended and continued the amazing service. He walked my wife and I through the system again and took the time to answer all my questions. Before he left he ensured that we had no questions and took the time to explain what steps we could take to work on the amount of iron build-up we had. I can't possibly write down the amount of information I learned from Fitz during his visit. He truly is an amazing asset to the company and further solidified our faith and willingness to pass on how we've been more than thrilled with the system installed.

First off, we LOVE our system! We have NOT had ANY leaks since its installation 2 1/2 years ago! Fitz came today and did a wonderful job; he did our annual maintenance, he fixed a rip (we're selling our house and a home inspector cut into our wall covering!), AND he was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! We experienced a wet basement on 2 occasions, the latter much worse than the first and decided to do some investigating on waterproofing our home. I had Clarke Basement Systems come out and provide an estimate of what they could do for me. Claude was able to quickly assess the area to isolate, and explained if I ever needed to extend it would be no trouble at all. He even explained the governemnt rebate available via their system. The explanation was straight forward, efficient and he made me feel very comfortable in the decision I was making. The installation done by Rob and Kevin was impressive to say the least. They were very professional, friendly, clean and they helped me carry some of the demo I was doing in parallel to the dump bin in front of my house. Talk about going above and beyond. Claude mentioned their installers treat every home like "it was their parents home" and they were true to form. Thanks so much for the great work. I have already begun spreading the word about the great work you do.

From the firat encounter with Cory the sale rep who did the initial assessment of our needs to the workers who showed up to perfrom the task I was duly impressed by the customer servcie and attention they paid to our needs. The men who did the job at the house, Jose, Luke Lucu and don were a great bunch they were abel to complete the entire job ahead of schedule and were extremely helpful explaining the systems t ous. Well done

The work done was professional, prompt, presented in a timely fashion and completed in the expected time frame. The installers arrived when they said they would & worked safely and carefully through out the week they were here. Thank you for the work done. Now I wait for the trial by rain & snow.
