Castle Group

I live in Delray Beach, FL and our community is managed by a company by the name of Castle Management. As a homeowner I can attest that much of service that we pay for is completely missing. We have complained to our homeowners association without results. In my opinion we are being and defrauded.
I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles and we just have grin and bear it.

I agree with everyone else's comments. Worst builder. Finish product looks nothing like what was sold. Hard to reach a person most of the time. Respond when they need something from you aka money or to point out you still need to pay more money but in fact once you point out it was their mistake, no apologies no response. The overall design is not functional, the whole space could have been designed so it could at least be functional to live in but nope whatever they can do to save money. Bad use of space and location of rooms/units. Never again would I purchase anything from them again. Would not recommend, stay away!! Took five years for a project to get done. Multiple delays on move in date. When you do your inspection, the job is poorly done. A number of issues with dents in the wall cause they hammered too hard, to poor installation of cabinets. Looks like they didn't care about how the job was done or the guy had no glasses on while doing the job. Made a number of upgrades costing about $10 000 and in the end they look like cheap end appliances. They spend more $$ on marketing to make the place look like a luxury condo but in the end, it can't even be compared to a luxury condo. Poor communication on changes. Don't be fooled by their marketing tactics!!

I had dealings with this builder and they were not truthful in many ways. I had a terrible experience with them and the building is nothing like they sold us. The common areas are very poor and the quality of the gym is atrocious the treadmills do not even match its as if they bougth the equipment on KIJIJI. I would not recomend any project by this builder. just speak to other buyers not just myself.

I am appalled at the behaviour of this developer. They have behaved with a despicable disregard to the inconvenience and stress they have caused me.

They have violated our contract in numerous ways including delaying my move with less than 12 hours notice, giving me an interim occupancy date when there was no electricity in my suite, and completely failing to rectify numerous glaring and inconvenient discrepancies in a timely manner. I had no home phone line for over a month after moving in, and the flaw was the builder's to fix. I still do not have a fan/vent over the stove. They have shut the power off to the building without notice to do non-emergency work. Throughout the experience it has been clear to me their priority was to finish additional units on floors above so as to move in more residents and charge them fees, instead of fixing non-trivial legal requirements for occupancy in my suite.

Their customer service is frankly terrible, as it is impossible to ever reach a person when calling, and they almost never return calls when I leave polite factual messages.

I am strongly considering legal action against this builder. My recommendation is to avoid them, and all future developments of theirs until they clean up their act.
