My new dining room suite was just delivered before Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful. Excellent experience, very knowledgeable and accomodating. Delivery and setup was amazing. I had a little issue and I had service done on Christmas Eve, who could ask for anything more!! Would highly recommend!!!!

We had Carrocel Restorations build a custom dining room table and chairs for us this past month and are beyond happy with the results. We had seen a style we liked in a magazine and were thrilled that Carrocel was able to recreate a similar look with both the woodwork of the table and upholstery of the chairs. We are working with an interior designer and she was likewise very happy with the end result. Have bought pieces from Carrocel in the past but this was the first time we commissioned them to do custom work for us. The customer service is terrific- they are quick to answer emails and their delivery service is reliable. We have been very happy dealing with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I am sure we will use them again!

Carrocel has been the model of professionalism and excellent service! John worked patiently with me and my busy and changing schedule, and always answered emails or phone calls promptly! The desk top was picked up exactly as promised. To my delight, the finished product was returned to me some 3 weeks ahead of the time initially quoted by Carrocel, in order to accommodate our family summertime commitments.
