I am a superintendent of a building. A pipe burst on the main floor on a Saturday. It was a swimming pool in the hall. I called my regular carpet cleaning service, they didn't answer so I called Capital. They came within an hour and cleaned and sanitized the carpet. It was like new.

Capitol cleaning did an amazing job, my carpets look brand new again! I called capitol cleaning services and asked for an appointment the same day and they came within 2 hours! The lady that answered the phone was quite helpful explaining the cleaning procedures and gave me helpful hints with spots and stains. I highly reccomend capital and definately refer them to all my family and friends!

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH CAPITOL CLEANING SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE AND A DELIVERY DATE AND WERE TRUE TO THEIR WORD. MY DAUGHTER THREW UP ON OUR RUG AND I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE FOR. IT IS A $700 RUG AND FIT IN BEAUTIFULLY WITH OUR DECOR. I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GET RID OF IT BUT HAD ENTERTAINED THE THOUGHT. I CALLED AROUND TO 4 PLACES AS I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT SHOULD COST TO CLEAN A RUG THAT SIZE. CAPITOL NOT ONLY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE BUT THEY CAME TO PICK UP MY RUG AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO ME AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THE IN OFFICE AND DELIVERY STAFF WERE AWESOME COURTEOUS AND I HAVE ALREADY DECIDED TO USE THEM AGAIN AS I HAVE TWO MORE AREA RUGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! My experience from Capitol Cleaning was not satisfactory. Monday morning brought a grumpy old person to our house for cleaning our carpets. In spite of being promised over the phone, he refused to vacuum our carpets before cleaning and instead asked us to do it -- not a good start indeed. Not very happy with the whole experience.

Found Capitol cleaners on Home Stars, tried them out. Quick service, came on weekends when I wanted and not when they were available like other providers - even for a relatively small job as I had done. They also called to confirm a few days prior (reminder which was good). Did the service as I requested and at the quoted price. Will use them again for sure. I wished other companies operated this way.

This company is fantastic!!! We recently moved into the woodbridge area and I needed to get my house up to par... I called captiol cleaning Services and had no ides that I was going to get everything I needed from one place.. they really are your one stop cleaning shop!!! I booked for 3 different services (carpet cleaning/ window cleaning and maid services) which they gave me a discount because i booked all 3..And beleive me i called around..they were cheaper than everyone!! And...every service was perfect!!! no complaints!!! in and out and results were great!!! I already referred them to 4 of my family memebers and they all were soo very happy!! What a great company! I will definaltey be a faithful repeat client thanks again to all of you, you guys made my moving expereince a great one!!

I found Capitol on homestars.ca and their price was good. I called and the lady was polite and promised me that the team would be able to take out all the stains I had described. ‘Great!’ I thought. They arrived promptly and I described the stains to be cleaned. The gentleman says “I can’t guarantee them.” I was shocked… the only reason why I called used them is from their promise to remove them. There was a large disconnect between the phone staff and the cleaning team. Also, I was concerned they did not use clean work boots while walking into my house. I had to clean after they left because their boots brought in leaves and dirt onto my stairway carpet and wood floor hallways. Though they were very quick, I was rather disappointed that most stains stayed. The floor dried quickly as promised and in a last ditch attempt, I bought a Bissell chemical cleaner from Walmart to try to remove the stains. To my surprise, I was able to remove the stains in one corner! Sure it took nearly 20 minutes of scrubbing and the cleaner was $9 but it came out. Overall, I was disappointed in the empty promise from the customer service staff, unclean work boots, and the general inconsistent info from the company. Everyone was always polite and friendly but if I knew they couldn’t clean the stains in the first place, I would have never hired them to start.

We apologize that our serivce was not to your satisfaction and not all the stains were removed, but we definatley did not guarantee 100 % removal. How can you? all homes and stains are different. Some stains are fresh and some have been there for a long time! We would have gladly sent our technician back to try again, it's in our 48 hour guarantee!!! that we did state... anyways, after 17years in the business you definatley cant please everyone! but we will still continue trying and with feedback from our customers we can make sure that we get it right!.

wow!!! what a great job i booked 2 appointments for carpet cleaning and office cleaning and both were done to perfection. not to mention they called me and asked me for any comments. great skills from beginning to the end and i now book regualr cleaning services for my home fantastic
