My home had 10 original wood-frame windows and 3 of them began to leak when it rained. I was very concerned that I would need to spend a fortune to replace all the windows. I called Canadian Choice and George Troff visited my home for a free consultation. He was very professional and helpful. He explained that most of my windows were still in reasonable condition and that 7 of them could have their lives extended by several years by having the wooden frames capped with aluminum. To my surprise, capping costs only about one-tenth the amount of a new window. It was necessary to replace only 3 of the windows. I decided to go with Canadian Choice. On the day of installation the crew arrived on time with the 3 new windows (Hometech brand) and all the materials and tools for doing the capping. The workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with the results and appearance. There were no issues or surprises during the install and the crew did a thorough cleanup upon completion. George Troff also visited my home a few days later to answer any questions I may have had and to check that everything was to my satisfaction. Great customer service. I plan to call Canadian Choice and George next time I have any window needs. I would recommend to anyone.

We have had a nothing but trouble since our install began, the install was rushed and done incorrectly, there was damage to our house and the product being installed. We have tried leaving messages and are tired of getting nowhere. Buyer beware.
