We purchased a Napoleon 14 SEER A/C unit from Cambridge Heating and Cooling. After the technicians completed the job and left i went to investigate. I noticed that they installed a Goodman 13 SEER unit instead, also it was on brackets which we requested we wanted it on a slab instead of the brackets as we did not want anything screwed to the foundation of our brand new home. I immediately contacted our salesman who argued with me that we requested it to be on brackets even though he circled the Patio Slab on our contract, also he did not want to believe they installed a Goodman unit instead of the Napoleon that we ordered. After sending pictures to his manager he finally agreed that it was incorrect. We advised we would keep the unit that was installed and agreed to a refund amount for their error. This all took place on a Friday and they promised we would have our refund at the latest by Monday. Monday turned to Tuesday and Tuesday turned to Wednesday. It is now wednesday and our salesman is now not answering our calls or returning our messages. We referred our neighbour who was to be getting his AC (same unit) installed the same day as us however the company showed up and did not have enough materials to complete both jobs. We are not satisfied and would not recommend this company.

Great service on time clean and very friendly. Always available and answers the phone in person any time you call. Clean job. I would like to thank Joseph and Ashok for taking good care of me.

Great customer service, I thought my water pump was broken but it was hose that needed to be replaced. The service person came on time and actually called to inform me he was on his way. The Service man was knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Cambridge Heating & Cooling to anyone!

Cambridge heating came to my house last week for furnace cleaning.technician looks very professional with uniform.He explain me about filter and how thermostat work.After finishing job,he clean the job site as well.I will fully recommend this company to all of readers.

Overall they did the job quickly and efficiently. I was having an allergic reaction and asthma attacks following some renovation work we completed - this is no longer an issue. They came within 3 days of me contacting them. We had a few hiccups post service with the billing, but all resolved in the end.

I wanted to have my ducts cleaned and searched on Kijiji, different companies were quoting different prices, I decided to go with a person charging 85$ for full clean with no hidden fees, we booked the appointment and i called again to follow up on our appointment he told me he is sitting at the mechanic as his truck is broken down. Then I saw the add for another company without any names and these guys showed up for the same price turned out they work for cambridge heating and duct cleaning. They did a good job I will call them again.

REASONABLY PRICED Quality service- technicians were on time, provided detailed information on how the ducts are cleaned and the sort of equipment they would use; also provided us with a few maintenance tips. Overall good duct cleaning experience Would definitely recommend this company for any duct cleaning and other additional services that they have to offer.

We have duct cleaning in our house by Cambridge Heating.Technicians were on time, technician did the jov professionally, done very good job and explain to me how to maintain our Filter life etc. I will have this company again next.
