My furnace stopped working on the weekend and someone from Buttons came in for repairs. After checking all sorts of things and calling several people at the company for advice he changed the high limit but the furnace still didn’t come on. I was told I should either change another part or change the furnace and the part can only be picked up from dealer the following week. I paid and he left. The next day after battling with cold for another night, I called another company. They came in and swapped the center fan module and the furnace was back on. I was told that the high limit rarely breaks but since Buttons technician took the old part there was no way to check. I later checked the price of high limit and it seems that I was charged over $100 more than the actual retail price. To sum up my experience with Buttons; they came in, charged me $500 and left me and my family in the cold without fixing the issue which was later fixed by another person for less than half as much. I should have probably asked them to put the old part back and just pay for the service call. Lesson learnt...

I highly recommend this company. We hired Buttons through Home Depot contractor services. The sales person was very helpful and friendly, and so were the installers. Installation was done well, quality of product was great. We did go around and tape all our new ducting joints to ensure they were sealed properly as there were a couple gaps here and there. Overall, happy with the service and price.

Todd Buttons, Mike and Mike installed a new furnace in our house last week, and WOW what a difference, the cold areas are gone, the house is much warmer and the furnace is quiet. The team was extremely professional, explaining everything thoroughly. Clean up was impeccable, and they even moved my thermostat to a better location free of charge, can't wait to see our lower heating bills. We have used Buttons to replace our AC a few years ago, they also installed a tankless water heater for us, there has to be a reason why we only use Buttons........Reliability, professionalism, and fantastic after sales service. Steve provided us with fast and courteous service. This past summer was not only extremely hot but I was also in my third trimester of pregnancy so I really wanted AC and fast. Button delivered! Steve was informative but not pushy. We had a Trane AC installed.

This was the second time I called Buttons Heating Inc. for their services. Two years ago, they replaced my furnace, air filter and air-conditioning unit and it was professionally done. Last weekend my water heater tank leaked and stop working. We met George (from Buttons) and told us to call their consultant Steve. He came and checked the unit and told us that it needs to be replaced. He discussed and explained the unit we need. We settled the paperworks and he arranged the work schedule right away. Todd, Mike H and Mike N showed up on time. They are very friendly, lay out some rugs to protect the floor and the work was professionally done.They checked my humidifier too(free of charge). And they are happy to answer all our questions. After they left, we checked the place, they wiped off the water on the floor and it was so clean. We are so happy. Thank you again guys, for the excellent job. We will highly recommend Buttons Heating Inc. to our friends and relatives.

When our furnace died, Button was there to help. The staff (Todd, Ryan & Russ) were on time, neat, informative and friendly. The price was right. The service was great.

After getting recommended to Buttons by some friends, we were extremely happy with the professional work of both John and Todd. They were detailed, professional and clean! John really knew his technical specs about the different pieces of hardware, and was always ready to explain things. When I had questions, they were happy to answer them. They even corrected a couple of issues that the previous maintenance company didn't fix (fan wasn't running at full capacity on furnace/AC).
