    Very pleased

    We started a job we thought we could manage, but ran into a problem we didn't anticipate, turns out some jobs you just need a pro. That's where Burloak Plumbing comes in...Service was friendly and efficient with great communication and customer service the entire process. Very happy with my plumbing repair and will definitely use Burloak Plumbing again in the future.

    Loose faucet caused by knot in the faucet hose

    Our kitchen faucet was loose and we put off fixing it for quite some time. We had learned to just live with it. Our regular plumber had retired/closed and I was apprehensive calling a plumber for a relatively small job. I finally made some time to find a suitable plumber via Home Stars. We found Ian and they were quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue. Their service was professional and timely. They solved the problem and we were satisfied with their work. I will give them a call for my next plumbing job big or small.

    Pleased with Service

    Pleased with this company and customer communication throughout the job - found them online and was pleasantly surprised. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Burloak Plumbing for my next plumbing repair.

    Replace Exterior Faucet

    Ian gave a fair and prompt quote. Arrived on time to perform the service, which I tried to do myself, but turns out I needed a professional plumber. The quality of the work is very good. Highly recommend Ian's service.

    Sewage Pump replacement

    Ian and his team at Burloak Plumbing did a great job. They were professional, courteous and took the time to explain and fix the problem correctly. They were also really accommodating and their prices were the best we found in the area. Thank you for all your assistance!

    Frost free hydrant installation

    I had a leaking outdoor tap that needed to be replaced and engaged Burloak Plumbing to replace it with a frost free hydrant. Ian explained what needed to be done over the phone. The work was done quickly with no mess. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Burloak Plumbing for my next plumbing repair.

    Pluming Resolution

    I had a leakage in my house, home depo recommended me Burloak Plumbing . The experience was very unsatisfied. the owner was charming on a phone, however as a professional is extremely manipulative, Before techs come into my place it was promised one type of work, the delivery was not quality based : 1) the diagnostics of the problem went wrong as a results kitchen wall was destroyed for nothing. 2) after work completion tech did not clean , 3) only to seal bathtub with silicone the owner charged 150$, and much more.

    Efficient and affordable!

    Ian was terrific--he located the pipe we were trying to trace, installed the valve and left a very tidy space around it, and put up with our barking dog and cluttered basement. Highly recommend!

    Unclogging kitchen and shower drain

    Ian and Assan from Burloak Plumbing were amazing. They responded to my request promptly and were able to start the project immediately. Prior to contacting Burloak Plumbing, I was told by another local handy man that we had to rip out our drywall and pipes in order to unclog our drain. However, Ian and Assan were able to unclog both the kitchen and basement bathroom shower drain without ripping any walls or cutting any pipes. They were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Burloak Plumbing to everyone.
