I was given a fair estimation, and Kerry provided a written outline (agreement) of the work to be performed. Kerry is professional; thorough; immaculate in his work; and did a beautiful job. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. I especially appreciated the attention to detail Kerry showed, and he even worked throughout the weekend to get the job done on time. I am very pleased with the final result. The painters listened to what I wanted done for our two-storey townhouse. They offered all the high end paint colors and this was definitely a luxurious upgrade for me and my husband. The finishing touches are beautiful with great colour choices, despite one set back of colours that were changed mid way through. My son used Kerry to do some work for him and recommended that he come into my home to give me a separate estimate on some home repairs. I have an older home that has structure cracks in many areas on the main floor that needed some drywall patching and painting. Kerry returned my call right away and came to estimate the problems. His prices were very reasonable,and I hired him immediately. It is virtually impossible to see where the old damage previously existed as the repair work was done so well. I received a callback this weekend by the customer service department. I usually do not receive callbacks from home renovation outfits that I have dealt with in the past, so I was glad to have taken this call. In a nut shell, my overall experience was excellent. Our realtor initially suggested that we get our home repainted before moving in. Our home features a spacious main floor and lavish bathrooms that required attention in decorating. Rachal came in and put together a collection of new designer colors for us with a time frame representing a theme extending beyond just the walls. Because of our timeline we desided to go ahead with a number of rooms including the bathrooms and open kitchen. I have a 2 bedroom & den townhome that I wanted some repainting, and I selected Budget and Save Painting to assist me with freshening the place up. I have a modern interior and wanted some real catchy colours. The interior designer scheduled an evening with me to give me the best ideas, and I was most impressed with the variety of selections in colour choices she helped me with. The day after I had the painting started by the guys, and within the week completed. I can't say enough about the work and professionalism. I never dreamed of this looking so good. The people for this company were amazing and they even followed up with me a couple of days later to thank me for choosing them and to make sure I was happy. We wanted a local painting firm to come in and paint our home with a variety of color finishes. budget & save painters seemed ever so popular on the west side, so we went ahead with them. I own a Non Franchise Coffee Shop that required a number of walls in the high traffic areas to be re painted in the shop , and called this painting company, Budget & Save Painters to do the list of work. I took advantage of the advertised "free consultation" with 2 of the experienced members of Budget an Save Painters.Both Kerry and Rachael were very interactive and prepared a very impressive portfolio the their most recent work. Their luxury line of paints and affordable prices impressed me enough to hire the both of them. My place looks eclectic with classical colors thanks to these two.
