I contacted Joe in February, when i discovered that my old skylights were leaking and I was about to put my home up for sale. Joe's response was fast - he was at my house within hours and had a solution for me right away. He replaced the old skylights with new ones that have a 20 year warranty, trimmed and painted the work area so that it looked fantastic. Altogether an amazing example of great customer service.
