Laura has been working with us to re-design our home, involving an addition out the back and a second floor. She has skillfully shepherded us through the design phase, kept us on track, and risen to our challenges. I can honestly say that at the end of this planning we have explored all options and have come up with the plan that suits both our budget and space needs.

We worked with Laura at Bravehart to redesign the space plan of our home. We wanted more space and a Great Room feel on the main floor, as well as other deliverables. The planning process Laura uses to help clients vision different scenarios is very informative- both from a visual and a financial view. We will recommend this approach to people who know they want to renovate their house, but are unsure of how to scope the most appropriate plan; with respect to adding space, new features, level of aesthetics, the budget, phasing work and timelines.

Bravehart Building recently completed a complete kitchen renovation for us. Their work also included main floor powder room, front entry & hall including staircase & bannister. We are thrilled with our home's transformation! From my first design consultation with Laura, I knew I had found our contractors; meeting and working with Bill and the rest of their crew confirmed this. House completely rewired, some plumbing and we had a 20'wall removed and opened our entire main floor. Everyone was extremely professional,on time,on budget and honest. Bill, Nick and the team were very accommodating with us as we had changes as the project went along. We were impressed with the whole look of the completed job and are looking forward to working with them again. We were on a very tight schedule and they managed to get it done. All permits in place and very happy with results. Our house was very dated looking and now has come into the 21st century.

I wanted to enclose my front porch and add a powder room and closet. The first designer I hired charged me over $5,000 (almost twice what we originally agreed to), then withdrew the engineering stamp from the plans so I was unable to get a permit. I consulted a number of other companies at this point, feeling very cautious. Luara, from Bravehart impressed me with her original ideas (suggesting a porch on the top part off my study)and worked quickly and efficiently to complete a second set of plans, for a very reasonable price. When we ran into delays with the building permit, Bill even attended the committee of adjustment hearing in case there were questions I could not answer. I am very pleased so far with their help and professionalism. Now, if we could only get the city to be as prompt and professional. Can we rate the building permit office?

Bill and Laura recently completed a full master bathroom renovation for us, in which the existing bathroom was gutted and replaced with the bathroom of our dreams. Bill and his team were wonderful to work with, consistently providing service above and beyond our expectations. This is our first house , and with a baby on the way, staying on budget was of primary concern. Bill and Laura showed great respect for our cost concerns and worked with us to stay on budget – and ON TIME. What we appreciated most about our Bravehart experience was our complete trust in their work, made possible due to the integrity and professionalism with which they operate, and how they approach every task. WE wanted to updated our kitchen which had been done over by the previous owner in the 80's. We wanted something with higher end finishes. We expressed our desires and needs to Laura and she came back with an excellent design that captured all of our needs. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered our questions and allayed all of our concerns. The Bravehart team was courteous, respectful of our special needs as we have a baby in the house and did the upmost to maintain a clean and safe environment. Although there were some issues during our renovations that may have held us up for weeks, Bill and Laura worked quickly and efficiently to find alternative solutions. We have our dream kitchen now and love spending time in it with our son. The folks at Bravehart were always available and helped allieviate some of the stresses that go with a live-in renovation. We have no regrets picking Bravehart Building as our contractor and know if anyone who reads this choses them, they will not have any regrets either.

I called Bravehart Building when my contractor let me down and left me with some shoddy work that actually caused harm to clients on more than one occasion. I have found Bill Wallace to be very trustworthy, conscientious and thorough. His team are effective and quick. Bill is on site everyday to check the work and help with problem solving. I would recommend them without reservation!
