After an unforeseen water issue in the basement witch, delayed the project, Bravheart came back with a new idea to change the design of the basement to fix the issue. The basement and main floor look great and we are vary happy with the quality of work that the workers gave. The staff and subcontractors are vary friendly.

This project was a challenge due to both soil and water conditions. The ideal approach was to underpin the basement and we appreciated your patience while we investigated methods of managing water and soil conditions.... The final solution, benching, was an engineering solution, not a Design ideal in terms of space planning. However, we were able to make lemonade with lemons and create some custom items, such as the custom shower- using the structural benching to your advantage. Thanks for your help!!!

We were looking to renovate our unfinished basement, reconfigure the heating system, and add a new separate entrance. Laura and Bill were very helpful in explaining all of the important factors to consider, allowing us to tailor our own process, and guiding us through the various choices to be made. The plans came together quickly, and the permit almost instantly. Highly recommended!

Bravehart answered my call for a consult and quote when many would probably have not, seeing that it would be such a small job. Laura came out to my house and spent the needed time assessing my needs. She not only told me what she thought would work best but also tried to find the most econimical way of doing what I needed done, and being on Maternity leave this was very much appreciated. She really listened to what we wanted, and she offered us flexible design solutions at different price points. This allowed us to stay on budget and decide on what we wanted to splurge on. Bill Wallace and his wonderful crew waterproofed, rewired and totally renovated our basement recreation and laundry rooms. They arrived on time, cleaned up well and did a top rate job. We hired Bravehart to design and build our 'outdoor lounge". We knew we wanted to go modern style and relate the exterior to the house interior, but were unsure how to proceed. Laura showed us a number of workable ideas, and we refined and built one. Bill's expertise with soils, concrete, lumber, etc were invaluable. They even had our siding custom milled for the project- that is the Bravehart level of detail and caring. We were incredibly impressed with their commitment to our project, timeliness and professionalism. Each of their tradesmen arrived on time and the various steps in the project over which Laura had control were completed in the time specified in Laura's original schedule. We would highly recommend them to people undertaking an interior or exterior type project. We look forward to working with them on our next housing project.
