My HVAC unit wasn't cooling. They came over and fiddled for two hours and fixed nothing. Said they had to replace a part.

My initial quote was doubled when I was invoiced. I was told $90+HST but it ended up being $165+HST. Also, they add a "vehicle charge", which they do not mention prior to arrival. Poor business ethics overall.

Not happy with this company. Their estimates are worthless as they will come up with additional charges. Beware!! I hope to help some other unsuspecting consumers. They do not act in good faith, do not give then any advanced payment because they will take you to the cleaners. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The service person did a diagnostic on my heat pump which wasn't giving out heat even though the fan was working. He replaced the thermostat and now all is well He was polite, efficient and congenial. Thanks for a job well done.

Outdoor pipe burst over the winter when we did not turn it off on time. John showed up on time and did a great job fixing the problem notwithstanding that the pipe was hard to access.

My condo unit was in need of some water pipe & valve replacement. The old screw valves needed to be replaced with new ball valves and John and his crew were able to replace all shut off valves in my unit along with installing a laundry washer outlet box in a timely and professional manner.

They did a fantastic job and would definitely have them do more work in my unit.

Very prompt service when we had a problem with basement flooding. Did a quality job. Understood technical challenges and came up with practical and workable solutions for the problem.
