We just had all brand new windows installed throughout our house, 17 in total. We can not say enough, our windows look absolutely amazing and the difference in our home now is like night and day. Goodbye drafty old windows, hello warm and cozy! My guy who worked in the Trades all his life, was amazed and impressed with the professional crew who installed my windows. Rate them at a #11 on a scale of 1 to 10. The installers were on time arriving and were very courteous. They worked efficiently and professionally. Our home is a 100 year old farmhouse which of course has its problems. The installers were able to effectively overcome the problems they encountered. Very pleased with the windows and the installation. A word of praise as well for the salesman and the office staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The service from the beginning was amazing with Chuck the sale's man. We had our windows replaced throughout the house this summer as well as a new back door. Joe and John were fabulous!!! They were meticulous, very professional and just did a great job!!! Our salesperson Bill helped us with our decision making in a way that certainly did not make us feel pressured! Although there were some defects in the pieces of glass installed, Beverley Hills did their best to provide service as quickly as possible....thanks Annette! I would recommend this company to anyone looking at purchasing new windows!!!

Had this company replace a sliding door to much later discover that it leaked. Relayed this to co. when they called to try to sell us more and said they would have someone contact us, never did. As I type, my basement ceiling is about to collapse due to the water leakage that is now pouring through the unsealed door. Which has been leaking for god knows how long into our $40 thousand dollar basement reno. Beside ourselves!!!

1 year after door was installed, the homeowner discovered a small hole in the deckboard below the door and rather than contact Beverley Hills, elected to fill it with low expansion foam, which did little to rectify the problem. We are confused as to why the homeowner did not call Beverley Hills immediately when they noticed the leak! On October 20th our Service Manager inspected the door and deck area, and immediately had our service technician cut out the excess foam and made a 3" capping to go over deck support to top of wall and sealed the area properly. Our rep also noticed other areas around the deck, not related to the installed door that were also sprayed by the homeowner with foam where water was leaking into the basement. If there is a lesson to be learned, it is to immediately contact the company that sold and installed your problem, rather than trying to rectify the problem yourself.

Purchased Living, diningroom and 2 bredroom windows in 2009. Purchased 2 Basement windows Sept. 2011. Our windows are beautiful and enhance our home. Delivery and Installation and clean up was impeccable. Would recommend this company to anyone. Our son also had new windos and door installed last year. Very pleased also.

We had Beverly hills replace all our windows and doors this spring. We have Since placed numerous calls to the company with door issues and leaking windows Regret recommending them!

Homeowner was advised at time of purchase that existing siding ( tonque and groove board) should also be replaced along with the new windows to avoid possibility of potential leaking through the wood. Homeowner has since agreed with Beverley Hills to replace existing siding which will eliminate future water/leakage problems.

Had all windows & sliding patio door replaced by Beverley Hills Home Improvement in summer of 2003. Both my patio doors have stricks and are cloudy inside the double glazed thermal window. Window have life time warrenty but patio doors DO NOT, makes no sence to me. I can understand one door but both of them no its a manufactors deflective and they don't what to stand behide them.

Mr Reis was advised back in 2003 that the Patio Doors he purchased came with a 5 year limited warranty. The fact that our windows have a lifetime warranty and patio doors do not is a reflection of the warranty provided by the manufacturer's we represent. We have since changed to a patio door supplier who now offers a 10 year warranty, but unfortunately for Mr Reis, his warranty expired in 2008.
