We got information and quotes from several different siding and window companies prior to the start of our project. We were impressed with the quality of product that they offered and, as well, were impressed with Beverly Hills Home Improvement from the salesman right through to the completion of the job. The installers were hard working and paid great attention to detail. We would gladly give them the opportunity to do future work.

Last year, I researched window companies and manufactures to select what I felt was the right choice for a large bay window installation. The process and workmanship did not disappoint! In fact, when we decided to have more windows done this year, I did not hesitate to once again call Beverley Hills. Mark (the sales representative) stands out from his competitors with knowledge, ideas and advice. Mark's visit was followed up a few weeks later by Steve, who took the accurate and final measurements. A few weeks later, Manny and Eric were scheduled to do the installation, and once again they did a great job, both inside and outside the home. In each case, all the scheduling was done by the customer service personel, and true to their word, each appointment was on time just as we had arranged. No cancellations, not a minute late! I highly recommend Beverley Hills Home Improvement based on my experience(s).

I had Beverley Hills replace some original windows in my 1930 one-and-a-half storry home a couple of years ago, and had them back in 2011 to replace the siding. Great jobs both times! Everyone I encounter is a true professional from customer service, through sales, and right to installation (which included keeping the work areas tidy during the process). Plus, the phone message from the president is a nice touch! I highly recommend Beverley Hills for home improvement needs.

I was very pleased to wait a minimal amount of time before my project could be started. When a cancellation came up, my job was completed even quicker. Company representatives were professional and courteous. I was impressed to see a feedback form included with the final bill.

the installers came early which is always good. it was an older gentleman with his son-in-law. they were polite and efficient. they did very little talking but seemed to know what each other was doing at all times. the job was done beautifully and the door is gorgeous! after talking about getting a new door for 7 years, we finally did it and are very happy.

We were very happy with the service from Beverly Hills Home Improvement. Al came to our house to give us an estimate. We had a few companies come in and BHHI was the most expensive but only by a small amount and we felt the quality and customer service was worth the extra money. We were very pleased with the patio doors. The installers were not particularily friendly but they did a good job and tidied up afterwards. They suggested a different colour for capping the door and we were happy they brought that to our attention as it matched the house much better. Overall we are very happy with the door and the service we received.

I have contracted Beverley Hills to replace 3 windows into casement windows. I have Ken the sales reps to come in to do the estimate. When you get a sales rep from any company, you have to be careful about what they said because they came to sale not to tell you the whole story. Once we have the contract drafted, there is an installation serving people came in to do the detailed measurement. This person did a very detailed job and was the best informed person I have ever talked to in Beverley Hills. After a month or so waiting for my windows, I finally got it installed. On the installation day, there are 2 sub-contractor came. Since Beverley Hills emphases their installer’s credentials of Window Wise Certification, I asked one of the guys whether he is a Window Wise Certified people. He mumbled a little and told me that both of them are Window Wise Certified. I am a little sceptical about his answer and so I called Beverley Hills to confirm. Out of my surprise, customer service rep (John) told me that they DO NOT have any records on hand whether my installer is certified. Rather, he told me to ask the installer myself for their certification proof. I asked the team lead, and he showed me an expired ID (expired) for 2 months. Also, his helper was not honest to me in the beginning because only the team lead is certified. So I called back Beverley Hills to confirm again. I got the same customer service rep again, and he told me that it is still fine with expired ID as there is a great chance that the installer is waiting for the new ID. I am surprised and disappointed of how Beverley Hills treated this matter lightly. They DO NOT make sure their installer is certified but rather rely on the customer to do their work. The rep even compare that to when I find a job which requires a driver’s license, the employer would expect the applicant has it if they told the potential employer he/she have it. When I asked for an inspection after the work is done, John said I have to pay it to have it inspect as there is no need. Another thing you have to watch out is the care of the premises from the workers. The team lead is still fine but the helper....he dented a few of my walls and he is pretty rough when uninstalling the windows or doing small jobs. He is a careless person. I was even watching him doing it but again...do not have much faith in him. Eventually they have finished their work and patched the holes. The next day after the installation, I got a call from the manager applogizing about John's behaviour. He offered to have the work inspected for free. I am not sure whether it is because he heard my recording or because I sent a query to Window Wise on the day of installation. This makes me feel better.

Beverley Hills is very proud of their long standing record with Window Wise and have performed more installations under the Window Wise Program than our next 2 competitors combined! I wanted to clear up this error in communication. All our Lead installers are certified under the Window Wise Program. Renewal ID cards are sent by S.A.W.D.A.C. to our head office and not directly to each installer. Sometimes, it takes a while to meet up with the guys and give them their updated certification cards (which was evident in your case), but that in no way implies that they are not qualified to perform to the highest standards of quality and workmanship, as was evidenced in the end result of the work performed on your home, and the fact that our service representative made a special trip to your home to double check and confirm “a job well done”. We decided to go with Beverley Hills Home Improvements when replacing our patio door, as we had used their services a couple of years ago for some new windows and we were very happy with their service and price at that time. Also, their salesman was also the only one who gave us the lowdown on the home improvement tax credit the government was offering at the time. Installation was completed in a very timely fashion. We were very happy with the job, and the clean up was great. On top of that, our door is great!

I have had Beverley HIlls install windows in the last year along with siding. On both occasions they have been very professional and attentive to my needs. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a courteous fashion. A couple of months ago I called with a concern on the siding and they were very quick to have someone come over and answer any questions I had or made adjustments according to my needs. I would highly recommend Beverley Hills.

Great job, great windows, great company. Used BH twice to install new windows to my condo. From the sales guy to the installers the job was first rate. We would recommend them to anyone and use them ourselves again. Very Happy.
