Their workers were punctual, did all measurements properly. The job took one day total and was well done. They left the house clean without a mess and brought their own drop sheets. It was a good install with very accurate meaurements. The window has made a noticable improvement to the temperature of the home.

New windows and an exterior door were the final step toward moving forward on completing recommendations for an Energy audit. I was always completely sold on North Star windows until I invited the salesperson from Beverly Hills Home Improvement to give me an estimate and demonstrate their product. Two convincing factors sold me on these windows; triple pane, Enerystar efficient and an additional feature that gives the window a tinted glass appearance. Installation of a large shaped window required professional restructuring of the front of my older home and the installers were very knowledgeble, making the decision to go with Beverly Hills Home Improvement easy. The salesperson and installers were all very professional and knowledgeable. It is rare to find tradesman who also clean up after the job is completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We call Beverley Hill Home Improvements, as we were shopping around for full window install for our newly purchased home in oakville.We also wanted pricing for new front door. The sales person came out within the week of our calling to give a price and explain about the window manufacturing and quality that they have, he also went about tellings us in detail about the doors and the options we have. I found the sales person to be very friendly and educated on the products. Yesterday and Today they completed the job. They men that arrived were friendly and quick about getting the job done right. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

I was in the market for a front entrance door and came across Beverly Hills. After comparing 4 qoutes, I decided to go with them as their pricing was very comparable to the others. Dan was great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Basically, what he said ended up happening: a person came 2 weeks after our meeting to take the proper measurments and 2-3 weeks after that, John came to install the door. John was meticulous, took his time and cleaned up after he left - so, no mess. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

They installed windows throughout our home and did some caulking and winterizing as well at no cost (for the older windows we decided to keep). I had a question on one of the windows they installed and they had someone back in 2 hours what exactly the reason for the seams were and how it would all settle. They would always come back to ensure the work was done 100% properly - even did a drive by a week later to ask if all was okay. Even the president called after. The salesmen (John in particular) sold us only what we needed.

BH did all our windows. We got the cadillac of windows and paid a very reasonable price. Alan the sales person was very patient and attentive to our needs. We had them installed in January and they did it all in one day. We didn't even notice how sound proof the windows were until we just opened them last week when the weather got warmer. They also have excellent financing - very flexible. And they also paid for part of our home energy audit.
