I called Bay Bloor because I needed guidance regarding a replacement remote for two Sony TVs we had bought from Bay Bloor in 2017, plus information about repairing our two CD players that would not eject CDs. Fortunately, a man named Simon picked up the phone and carefully provided the information I required about how to satisfy both of my requirements. His manner was very considerate of any understanding I lacked, his manner was friendly, and he was more than knowledgeable as he offered me options to solve my problems. I also enjoyed his easy but professional manner. I felt good after my call.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Bay Bloor radio & would highly recommend their services for audio/video products & installation. Luis helped me decide on the perfect TV for our kitchen & a fantastic full motion mounting bracket. The TV & bracket were delivered on time & Frank did an amazing job installing them. I will definitely be using Bay Bloor in the future for all of my audio/video needs.

I highly recommend Bay Bloor Radio and one of their consultants, Ryan W. in particular. Ryan came to our home several times to determine what TV and sound system would work best for our family. He then priced out several options for us to consider. We bought a system from Bay Bloor Radio without ever visiting the store. Ryan took us through it every step of the way and even worked with our contractor to ensure the system fit perfectly in to a newly built wall unit. The system is now installed and it is amazing. Our family loves it, and Ryan continues to follow up to ensure everything is working perfectly. Great products and awesome customer service.

I have nothing but total respect for BayBloor and their hi-fi video sales representative Mr. JE. The company handled a concern I had after I had purchased a 65” Sony TV about 6 weeks before the Black Friday sales. There was a substantial price difference which I presented to Mr. JE. He totally understood where I was coming from and said he would get back to me later that day. He did, along with a sizeable refund. A big heartfelt thank you to JE and MM for going to bat for me. I would highly recommend Bay Bloor Radio for your next electronic purchase. Their high level of integrity and customer service is beyond reproach.

With no doubt the best audio store in Toronto. They were so patient and professional and at no point I felt pressurized to pull the trigger and buy. ONe of the consultants (RW) came to my home and spent a lot of time to understand my need and my family 's need and expectations in terms of audio-visual experience. His team were excellent to set up the system and he did follow up with phone calls and a visit to see the new system and test it and give feedback and share very useful information. Will I deal with Ryan and Baybloor radio again.....110%, they are the real deal and its great to see pros who know their craft and take pride in what they do.

Bay Bloor Radio had everything I needed. I went all out to get me the best acoustic speakers and high end surround sound amplifier to give me the richest sound. Everything was delivered on time, and set up so well, I could not believe how enjoyable it was to listen to. Thanks Bay Bloor Radio Defiantly recommended! David. B

The value add of a store like BBR is their installation consultants, like Ryan Wright, who will come to your home to consider every element of the project before installation. Ryan provided a detailed room-by-room breakdown of every cable, piece of equipment, and construction requirement so that nothing was missed. This made the installation process stress-free and seamless for me. I am very happy with the slick and uncluttered finished product.

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job consulting with us on an extensive audio visual plan for our home renovation. He guided us through the technical jargon and was able to recommend systems that best suited our needs. He was always available to troubleshoot questions that arose after the installation. Everyone at Bay Bloor was a top notch professional.

The amazing staff at Bay Bloor have delivered the highest level of customer service. I bought a new giant screen TV and sound system and the service from installation to after-install adjustments was amazing. This is the place to go to buy your home entertainments systems and to receive first class service.

I purchased this product several years ago from Bay Bloor Radio. The salesperson took the time to show me various products and explain the benefits of each one as well as prices. In all the years that I've had it, it has met all of my expectations and more. My parents also subsequently purchased an identical item and they've been very pleased with it (although not purchased from Bay Bloor Radio). I was treated very respectfully by their staff and would not hesitate to recommend them. An old friend of mine dealt with them for years without any issues.
