We have just had a four season sun room addition, including full basement, completed on our home. My wife has been planning this extension for years and last year we started talking to builders. Carlo was very patient, very understanding, and anxious to understand our exact wished. We decided to go on a cost plus basis so that I could do some of the work myself, which was no issue whatsoever. Carlo offered quotes on all subcontracted items for approval and was careful spending our money. His crew were very professional, easy going, and cleaned up at the end of each day (we lived in the house the whole time). The final result exceeded our expectations and the budget had no surprises. Very pleased - would refer Carlo to anyone in a heartbeat.

Excellent, knowledgeable, helpful hints, on time but when going to be late or unable to come always called so you could adjust your time. Excellent workmanship, neat and tidy appearance, honest & always cleaned up.
