I have an old dryer and wanted to have it cleaned and inspected for lint buildup that might cause a fire. I had previously used Aubrey for a washing machine leak and was very pleased. So I called Aubrey again to see if he could come over and clean and inspect the dryer. He arrived on time and got to work. He discovered that the dryer belt was about to go, so he replaced that as well as cleaned out and vacuumed the back of the dryer. He them inspected the duct work and discovered that the ducts to the outside had come apart, probably many, many years ago. There was now a dangerous build up of lint trapped in the cavity. Aubrey managed to replace and secure the ductwork and did recommend that I have somebody come over to clean out the duct and the cavity. His diligence in going the extra mile may have saved me from a potential fire as the lint build up was quite thick. Aubrey is very honest and competent and I highly recommend him for all of your appliance needs.

Aubrey was completely amazing. I called at 8:30 in the morning, he answered and was at my house by 11, dishwasher fixed and working perfectly 40 minutes later. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and also explained the whole process as he was doing it. I was 100% comfortable having Aubrey in my house and will highly recommend him to anyone who asks. If you need any appliance repairs look no further than Aubrey, seriously. p.s. the price was $30 cheaper than the last repair with a different company.

We've had Aubrey come out three separate occasions to fix our dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Each time he's been punctual, professional and friendly, as well as being very patient with our curious little ones. I particularly appreciate that he takes the time to explain the problem to me rather than just telling me what it's going to cost. I recommend him highly.

We'd used Aubrey years ago to repair an old fridge stove and saved his card (thankfully). Our washer quit working a week before we were set to pack up our house for a renovation. Aubrey came by on a day's notice and thought he had it fixed (staying until 9 pm to get it sorted out) - unfortunately it failed again right after he left so we had to have him back. It ended up taking a few attempts but he finally got it. All the time he kept us posted, calling when he promised and showing up when he said he would. In the end he was way more than fair on what he charged us. I'd recommend Aubrey to anyone anytime.
