The work was completed with precision and professionalism. Bob was knowledgeable and able to fix our water issue. Each day the work area was left is a clean state and the tiling work was meticulously completed. Love my new shower!

We recently had the bathroom of our 80 year old house renovated by Artisian bathrooms. We were extremely happy with the outcome which looks terrific and is highly functional. Bob (owner of Artisan) worked with us to draw up a timetable and budget. I am happy to say that the job was completed on schedule. Bob's budget was accurate, but we went a little wild with extras so the job costed a little more than originally planned. We very much appreciated Bob’s breadth of experience in the design and in the material selection stage. He accompanied us to the various suppliers to answer our questions and direct us to the most durable choices. He can usually save you some money using his contractors discount and by knowing the suppliers. Demolition and construction were completed by Blake. If you are lucky, you will get Blake working on your project. Blake is a very hard worker. He is a perfectionist with the details and prides himself on doing good work. Last thing, we used a different contractor for our kitchen last year. There was a significant difference between them and Artisan. On numerous occasions, we had trouble contacting our kitchen contractors. Not so with Bob and company. He will always call you back right away. The kitchen contractors surprised us with a bunch of extra costs as the job progressed. No unforeseen costs from Artisan. The kitchen contractors “cheaped out” on some materials to save cost. Artisian uses only premium quality materials.

The custom tile ensuite shower in our house started to leak after 5 years. We hired Artisan to gut the shower and do it right this time. We contacted Bob at Artisan with our problem and he gave a very detailed description of possible problems and his proposed solution. Throughout the process, both Bob and Valdy were very helpful and gave tips on a few of the other maintenance issues around the house. Valdy built a rock-solid shower. He tore out the old rotted wood curb and put in a new concrete curb. They used proper concrete board for the walls instead of the mushy garbage the previous contractor had used. They also cleaned up some of the messy plumbing and fixtures. Valdy even helped me carry the furniture up the stairs to our new nursery. Thanks Bob and Valdy!

Loved working with Artisan. Bob involved me every step of the way as he built my "needs and would like" list into a beautiful, high quality bathroom that is a joy to view and to use. Bob Beal is a very competent, professional business man who we had installed a bathroom in out home a year ago. I recently dealt with Bob from Artisan regarding some pre-new-home-purchase consulting. I had noticed the insane prices the builder was charging for their supposed premium bathroom upgrades. I asked around to a half dozen bathroom companies, just to get a feel for what these items would cost to install after posession, and to see if doing them would be too invasive. Of the six companies I asked for estimates, Artisan was the only company that came back with an estimate as well as a description of possible options. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I will have no second thoughts about getting the work done with Artisan, should the builder not come to a compromise.
