Out of all the quotes we received from contractors re basement, Ariya gave us the most detailed cost efficient quote with a very original design. Their workers came in on time, worked in a professional manner and left only when we were satisfied. The finished product has added great value to our home.

We hired JT Bhabra (Ariya Developments) to do a 2 storey addition with an excavation of our basement. JT was great to deal with...always attentive to our needs and responded promptly to any concerns. He cares about the quality of his work and takes a lot of pride in seeing that the end result is to everyone's satisfaction. He is very trustworthy in an industry that does not have a good reputation and he went to great lengths to finish our addition within our expected timeline(was done in less than 4 months!). We absolutely love how our house looks with the addition and would have no hesitation in either recommending him or hiring him ourselves for any projects in the future.

We bought a new home that JT (Ariya) was already in the process of building. This gave us the opportunity to select our own finishes and make slight modifications to the original plan. JT was highly receptive to this and built us an exceptional home. The after sales service was handled very professionally. JT and his supervisor Dave were highly responsive and truly care about quality of their work and craftmanship.

JT is an honourable businessman. He is accessible and makes good on promises. In a business that is largely unregulated, he was able to maintain a standard that many other contractors/builders/project managers don't even aspire to. Our kitchen reno and great room were completed on time (three months to the day) and whenever the usual construction problems or issues with workers happened (and these problems and issues seem to be the norm in this business) he dealt with them in a timely and honest manner.

Ariya Developments is a quality builder. JT Bhabra, the owner of the company, was always a pleasure to deal with. He showed integrity, honesty and a solid knowledge of the kind of workmanship we were looking for. He was always accessible, and attentive to our needs or concerns. The scope of our project included a complete renovation, top to bottom, with a 2-storey addition and digging out and underpinning of basement. The results were wonderful! We bought our home about 18 months ago after falling in love with the pictures on a internet search,with no intention to buy. We saw the home shortly thereafter, fell in love with it and bought it the same day. I agree with the other reviews posted. Jt Babra really knows his stuff. He exceeded our expectations and was always courteous, and honest. His honesty and enthusiasm reflects in his work. Our house is still being built and JT has assisted us right from the design stage. He has a very professional work ethic and so do the people he hires. So far we are ahead of our schedule. We hear horror stories from many friends and relatives, but we have had noting but a plesant experience and would highly recommend JT to anyone looking for quality at a fair price.
