I thought my vacuum lines were plugged as no suction. Scott from AL's within a few seconds said he believed a pipe was broken and not plugged. He checked all outlets elimiting the obvious then into the attic. He SA immediately what was wron, a contractor who recently worked on a bathroom Reno had broken a pipe. Scott had the part needed to fix this and had it working perfectly in short order. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to buy or for a repair. They are honest and straightforward and above all else a real pleasure to do business with. Thanks Scott appreciated what you did for me.

I find that the vacuum bags are the best price here, shopped here for several times until my old vacuum broke. Then I was able to find a nice one on sale, no problems so far!

I have always bought my vacuums from a big department store, thinking that I will get a better deal. But one day my neighbour told me about Al's store and, since I live in North Vancouver not far away from the store, I stepped in one afternoon on the way back from work. This is a super store of vacuums. I found there more brands than I was expecting and a great customer service. I left the store with a new Shark, which I am using every day now. Thank you for a great product and a great customer service.

My Kenmore vacuum stopped working; Al's took a look diagnosed the problem while I was there and fixed it within a couple of days. Definately would recommend to anyone with vacuum troubles-they are good and very reasonable in pricing!

Great place to go when your vacuum has stopped working/any other troubles you get every few years with it. I find that the vacuum bags are the best price here. Good, honest service thank you!

My 20 year old Rainbow Vacuum had stopped picking up any dirt so I took it in to Al's Vacuum in North Vancouver. I had been there many times and always had honest service. I asked him to keep it for a cleaning but he said he'd take a quick look. Upon opening it he saw that there was an earring that was stuck and had collected debris. He cleared it out on the spot and told me he would not charge this time. I did buy a couple other items in gratitude, but the service was so helpful and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting high quality vacuum serving or purchase.

When our 6 year-old Miele broke down. Scott, the tech at Al's, said he could fix it right away and he did! A couple of hours later, it was working good as new. The service was fast and friendly and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use Al's again.

What home accessory does a house with 3 cats need the most? Not cat food. :-)) A vacuum. Yes, for most people this might be an optional item that they can borrow from their neighbor, but I am telling you, that is not the story when you have three cats. You have to vacuum every day. So... my old Dirt Devil died, and I had to buy a new one. Well, we all know there are many places from where to buy a vacuum. Wallmart was the place that most of my friends recommended me, but I did not like their selection and prices. I did not know that these things are so expensive. Al's Vacuum Superstore is the paradise for vacuums. The name of the store says it all: super store. You can find there any vacuum that your imagination can picture. The prices are great and the selection is impressive. I am glad with my new Hoover and I would recommend this vacuum to everyone in need of one.

My 25 year old Hoover started to smell kind of funny a couple weeks ago so I took it into Al's to have a look at (for free!). They installed a new filter and replace some foam around the top and it's good as new. I'm happy they were able to fix it because they don't make things like they used to, even vacuums.
