I called Advantage when we discovered carpenter ants in our home. Paolo was the utmost professional, informative, and answered all my questions about the safety of my wife and children. A technician came out the next day and the ants soon vanished. Advantage Pest Control has superb service and I highly recommend them for any pest problem.

They came out the same day I called them for carpenter ants and they accommodated me the same day as I am deathly afraid of insects. This is a very thruough and professional company. Upon my discovery that I had carpenter ants, (Of course being very concerned) I called Advantage Pest Control and after answering my MANY questions, Advantage really proved to me how pateint and knowledgable they really are! They came out the same day and my problem was gone! Not only was I extremly happy with my decision to choose this company, but more then year later ( well after my Guarantee had expired ) they informed me that they would still honour my guarantee! Now that is customer service and satisfaction! I would recommend this company to anyone with any type of pest problem!

Upon moving into a new house this summer we found earwigs just about everywhere - yuck! Advantage was on time, professional and fixed the problem quickly. I've had them back to deal with several bees nests and spiders and the work has always been exemplary. It is easy to get early morning appointments and the office staff is friendly.

I noticed bedbugs in my house and, after reading some reviews, decided to call Advantage. They have great phone service and seemed knowledgeable. My fee of $750, before taxes, included two services, two weeks apart, to my four-bedroom house. The first technician was professional, but merely came, sprayed everything, and left. The second technician took the time to flip over furniture and remove heating ducts to spray more thoroughly. However, 3 weeks after the first spray, I was still being bitten, every single night. I had done all of the preparations suggested and more- I spent 3 weeks drying clothes and putting them in plastic totes (and further taping all seams of lids, etc), vacuuming, steam cleaning, etc everything in the house. I also purchased a mattress encasement, so including taxes, paid Advantage $1000. After seeing absolutely no improvements, I decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere. For bedbug treatment, go elsewhere. Advantage's methods do not work, as they only spray an insecticide- they did not do a visual check for bedbugs, nor did they use any other methods. Bedbugs are increasingly becoming immune to insecticides, which may have been an issue here. $1000 went down the baseboard.

We had huge black ants crawling all over our kitchen. My wife thought they were coming out of everywhere and my daughter was scared of the ones with wings. I called Paolo when I couldn't stand my two ladies being upset anymore. Paolo explained everything very thoroughly, espcially in relation to how the chemicals would affect my family. He came and did a full treatment of our entire home, knowing that they took their time to eliminate all of the places these things could be made me feel better about the whole thing. Right away we noticed a difference in the number of ants we saw and progressively over the next few weeks they kept dissappearing until finally no more ants! I really appriciate everything Paolo and his team did to help our family. Great job guys!
