We've been using Magic Touch to clean our chimney regularly for several years now, and we keep coming back because they are consummate professionals. They are polite and willing to answer questions, always arrive on time (or call if there's a delay), work efficiently and leave absolutely no mess. This time, we came home from a vacation to find that a squirrel had gotten into our chimney (past our old guard) and worse, fell into our wood stove. It died trying to eat its way out and left behind a destroyed door gasket. Magic Touch cleaned the chimney, installed a much better--and squirrel proof-- chimney cap and replaced the door gasket of our regency wood stove. All in under an hour.

I used Magic Touch for chimney inspection and cleaning a few years ago and it was an excellent experiance. So, when they callled for dryer duct cleaning I was happy to talk to them. This time RICHARD came out and gave great advise .... did an excellent job and left the place clean and in very good working order. I think his rerouting of a very long duct run to a very short much more direct run was a great idea. He was very clean, helpfull and even did me a significant favour unrealated to the dryer ( chinmey cap inspection and minor work for free.) I offered to pay for this extra, but Richard said it wasn't necesary. I have asked to be put on thier follow up list for future work reminders. Two excellent experiences with Magic Touch is more than enough to make them my first and only choice for their products and services. The pricing seems very fair and I got much more then I was expecting for the money

Donna has contacted me personally for years to arrange both our fireplace maintenance and our dryer vent clean. This year Richard was sent to complete our services. He found a complication which he identified and explained in detail. The appointment was rescheduled and when Richard returned it was repaired and he took the time to both explain and show us the results. He was on time, proffesional and has a gift for finding words to explain his process and make it easy to understand. We have worked with Magic Touch services and will continue to in the future.

Moved in to a new house with an inspection that warned that the chimney (amongst other things) would need cleaning. Our realtor recommended Magic Touch and so we arranged an appointment. Richard cleaned our chimney, which he did very well, leaving it clean and useable. He also did a thorough inspection of the fireplace, chimney and also the furnance chimney (from the roof) without any extra charge. Richard was very friendly and personable and while he recommended that we should get a section of our chimney replaced he explained why and clearly was not trying to upsell us... in fact he told us it was something we should consider for the future, which we will. Overall we are very happy that we used Richard and Magic Touch.

I had a visit from Richard. Awesome guy, very friendly, knowlegable, punctual and professional. He came and cleaned my chimney. Very clean and quick! He then told me about one of today's #1 cause of house fire's, dirty/dusty dryer vents. So we scheduled him to come back the following week. He did and again was great! Thank you Richard :D

Richard came to clean my fireplace and chimney which I never use but thought it should be cleaned since the previous owners used the wood burning fireplace. I asked him why there were two ash bins (garage and basement) and he explained why this was the case. When in the basement to look at the ash bin, the shiny dryer vent caught his attention. He quickly inspected it and commented on how well it was installed and constructed (I installed it!) I mentioned I would be moving the washer and dryer in the future and he provided good advice on the ducting in its future location. In addition to doing a good job of cleaning the fireplace and chimney, Richard was very knowledgeable and courteous.
