I was renovating my house in Ajax and saw this little place on the way to breakfast. As I needed the upstairs carpet replaced in the new house I thought I would pop in for a quote on a Saturday. I picked the carpet I would want in the store. Nader came after work at 5 and measured up and quoted on the spot. The quote was under what I had expected by a large margin - large enough to make me wary and I almost walked away! However, my mizely side came out and I decided to take a chance. I was also given a substantial reduction if I removed my old carpet myself....so guess what I did Sunday.... it is a very easy job if you just cut the carpet in strips with a good sharp knife. I gave Nader a key as I wasn't living in the house at the time and he said he would do the work during the week. I called on Tuesday because I wanted to co-ordinate with other tradesmen and to my surprise he told me I could come and pick up the key - they had worked all Monday night! Now that is SPEEDY service. When it came to selling my other house I had Silver Carpets over to red the carpet in the bedroom and the stairs - I obviously wanted a cheap job that looked good for sale only purposes....Nader was over in one day and the work was done the day after! I got a cheap carpet but the job looked a $million (I wish I had done it before!!)... I had a quote for stair carpet from a big box store that was 4 times as much for the vey cheapest carpet they had!
