I found this company on frequent newsletters that come to my home and many trucks on the road. So i thought this company would be well developed enough to pick up the accumulated junk in the basement including my boiler that was removed, old furnace that was removed by the HVAC company, and trashy old furniture that has been around my unfinished basement for a few years. Their rep. stopped by on time, and was quick and punctual to help us get the job done. I am very satisfied and will give them a 10 star rating to recommend to you

I would use Got Junk again, but I did have a problem with damage on my garage from their truck, however the guys were quick to get it repaired and very apologetic.

I used 1800 Got Junk to haul away furniture from a one bedroom apartment (Queen bed, dresser, sofa, arm chair, coffee table, and various other items). The service was great - the two guys called when they were on their way and provided an estimate before starting the work. They were polite and professional and worked fast at removing the furniture. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have unwanted items hauled away.

Excellent Service. I paid to remove old wood from under my garage but one of the workers saw that I had an old chair and table in my garage. They were kind enough to dispose of the chair and table at no extra cost and I found that to be sweet of them.

I have moved plenty of times and always use this service to get rid of all the junk that comes out of moving. They are an easy to sue service and reliable. They have great communication and confirm everything prior to the service date.

I know they are not the cheapest junk cartage company around, but they're efficient, friendly, will divert what they can to GoodWill, and offer excellent service for returning customers. We've always been very happy with their service -- they never complain about having to trek into the house to carry heavy items out -- it's all part of the service. We'll keep using them with confidence.

Last week week we called 1800 got junk to collect all our accumalated waste. There team did a great job in collecting the waste and coming on time. I definately recomend them to everyone, ecspecially anyone looking for good service.

I was very pleased with the on-time workers and extremely pleased for there well-organized company. They company picked up and dropped off the container right on time, and hadn't given me any troubles with payment sector of the job, as other companies do sometimes. I spent two weekends stripping and reshingling my detached garage, including taking down the kids play fort. At the end of the second Saturday, I had the garage full of shingles and lumber that needed to go. I called 1-800-Got-Junk just before noon on Sunday morning, requested a 1-3pm timeslot, and had a call back within an hour confirming my appt. The guys arrived when they indicated they would, and while the price they originally quoted me was higher than I was planning to pay, they asked me how much I thought it was worth, and we were able to come to an agreement easily. The garage was empty within half an hour. Third time I've used them, and will use them again.
