Asked the two men from 1-800-got-junk to remove an old fridge, washer and dryer. These were really old appliances left by the previous owner, not to mention super heavy. And I mean really heavy!!! They were removed from our basement. The fridge didn't fit to basement entrance so they had to pry off the doors. A tad pricey for my liking but for all the work they've done getting it out of there, it was worth it. The two men were friendly and understanding. Thanks again! L/J from Markham. There were two guys that came into clean up the basement. They were quick and left the basement in great condition. I would recommend this company to anyone. They do their job very well.

Removed 2 Sony tvs from 2nd & 3rd floors. Both were heavy,and I doubted if they could handle the 40 incher on the 2nd floor. Matt.A & Mike.R did without any damage to my house. Thank you!

Chris and Mike just finished removing a bunch of garbage from my backyard (including old patio stones, rocks, cement, wood and yard waste). They phoned during the scheduled timeframe and arrived shortly after. They worked in heavy rain and remained professional and courteous the entire time. They worked fast and left my property clean. All this for an unbeatable price. Thank you 1-800-Got-Junk. You saved me time, a trip to the dump and lots of back pain.

We had been working on our house for over a year and had filled 11 40yd bins with demo materials. We were tired and wanted someone else to do some of the work. So we called 1 800 got junk and had them do some of the work. Although I appreciated not doing the work myself, it was a bit costly and they didn't take as much as I could have gotten rid of if I had just paid for another bin. I think they would be good to use for small jobs and if you didn't have the time to do it yourself.

The garbage truck prima-donnas would not take an arbourite counter top away. I booked a call on the 1-800 got Junk web site this morning and by 5pm the countertop was gone. Bing, Bang, Boom. Done I love these guys. Thanks, much appreciated

I booked this co. over the telephone. I told the fellow i had some drywall. There was a fair amount of stuff - say four cardboard boxes full of it - but at best I estimated all of my stuff to fill 1/3 of the truck if all is stacked well. Now, looking on line, even if I undercalculated and had filled a 1/2, it wouold have come out to $438. When they guys got there they had a chart (you can see it on-line but it doesn't include some surcharges their chart had on it). The on-line chart conveniently leaves out any images of drywall, which is pretty darned common. Anyhow, they said that since I had more than 2 wheelbarrows of drywall (not much more, really) they could calculate the loading of the truck only by stacking one foot high. Plus, in addition to the load cost there would be a $198 surcharge for drywall beyond one wheelbarrow. Stacked at one foot low, my load surely filled the truck. It's kind of like saying, having a bath tub filled to an inch is a good bath. The bill was a whalloping $600 and that after I objected vehemently to a bill that was going to be almost &700. Not anywhere near what I have paid in the past. The guys were nice and none of this was their fault. I needed to get the stuff immediately out so I paid it. The marketing is less than transparent. The poor workers did say maybe someone on the phone should have mentioned the drywall thing. I told my real estate agents the price (they saw the stuff) and they said they wished I had mentioned that I was using this company so they could have warned me. They have heard this repeatedly. I am not one to do things on the cheap but this was nuts! I do not recommend them.

they quickly removed oofice junk by themselves and did a great job. would definately recomend to friends if they willing to pay money for junk removal. very friendly and understanding personel

I called at 2 pm, they were here by 3:30, and the job was done by 4:00. Our basement is transformed; they loaded and took 14 years worth of junk away that fast.

When I moved into my home the previous owners had left a lot of junk under the deck. Two guys showed up and removed all the debris and were very pleasant. Used them again to remove junk out of the garage. Again excellent service and really nice and polite guys. They were happy to take everything and ensured I was happy with the job.
