If I need a housewarming, wedding, etc. gift, I head straight for C & B. Good quality products at affordable prices. Nice, basic staples for outfitting any kitchen. Staff is very helpful. Weekends get busy, so I would recommend a weeknight when you can get more attentive assistance.

While shopping at Crate and Barrel, the staff are always so helpful and the selections are so great. If a product is not on the floor, they will order it for you and call when it comes in. Following such purchases, a "thank you" note arrived in the mail thanking me for being a customer. Their service goes far above the average!
