Denys from Best Flat Roof was very attentive and professional. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote and gave me a detailed estimate with everything he and his crew would do before, during, and after (clean-up). He was not the cheapest estimate of the 5 that I got but I felt the most comfortable giving him the job of replacing such an important part of our house. He came with a group of about 5 young guys, all well-groomed and respectful. They worked two 12 hour days doing mine and my attached neighbour's flat roof. They protectedy driveway and yard, and cleaned up every scrap they dropped from the old roof. Denys was there the whole time and made sure everything was done to his satisfaction. His guys seem to really like and respect him, which speaks to his character. Thank you Denys (and crew).

We had a kitchen floor that needed to be tiled in our 120 year old house. The job had to be completed within the next week. I had 3 quotes already and when Milorad showed up, I just had a feeling about him so I hired him on the spot. He is such a gentleman, and he works so hard to do a beautiful job. We love our new kitchen floor and it's ready for the cabinet install with time to spare. We would call him again if we had another project and we would definitely recommend him. Thanks Milorad!

We moved from Hamilton to Toronto and the movers were nice but at $125/hr, I don't think I should have to pay them an hour lunch. That's ridiculous. It cost us $1400 for the move and the movers were nice and courteous, but that $125 lunch hour was over the top.

I own a house in Hamilton which is rented out to a family. Their daughter had a bath an water went through the light fixture in the kitchen below. I figured it was probably a problem with the overflow drain and I called this company as I'd seen their trucks around and figured they'd be reliable. I called and spoke to a woman on a Thursday and she told me they wouldn't be able to get to the house before the following Tuesday? This seemed like a long wait but it wasn't an emergency so i agreed to that. I called Tuesday to confirm they were coming and was told the appointment would be for the next day. I arranged for the tenant to be home and she waited without a call or update, as did I. I called them and was told they couldn't make it out until the next day now. This was a full week after I called. The next day Robert came but the water was shut off so he couldn't actually do the work anyway but told me the total cost for the repair (if it was the overflow) would be in the neighborhood of $1000!!!! It would be 175 bucks just to cut a hole in the drywall behind the drain to look at it. I could go on but suffice it to say I found a licensed plumber who charges less than 25% of this company's prices and was available to do the work the next day.
