I had such a great experience with New Look. Eddy was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very friendly and personable and went through all the options with me. Allowed me to customize the windows to suit our specific need. He set expectations on how long it would take to get everything ready and was bang on. On the day of install, Alex showed up right on time that I was told he would come. Alex busted his butt off all day to get this done all in one day. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He took time to show me how everything was put in and how it all works. During the install it appeared that my ceiling fan might have been hit during the install and when I called it out, Eddy came out very quickly to deal with it. It turns out that it was not due to the installation and it was just coincidence as there was a loose bolt that caused the ceiling fan to come loose and drop a little. Even though it was not there issue, Eddy came by and fixed it up for us and told me what I would need to do if/when this happens again. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would happily recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be giving them our business the next time we need windows/doors done.

I had connected with Landmark to get windows and a patio door replaced. We had an appointment scheduled for a salesman to come to the house to give us a quote. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment. I had called Landmark and left a voicemail (no answer) advising that I would need to reschedule and to call me back . Thankfully I had the salesman's number and reached out to him to advise that I needed to reschedule. He was nice and wished me a great weekend. As of writing this, it has been 2 weeks since I called them about rescheduling. No one has contacted me or even attempted to contact me about getting an appointment. I am very disappointed in this and have since gone to someone else who wants the business.
