I was moving out of my townhouse and had all kinds of people telling me that they were coming by to pick up things I was donating but, as move out day approached, I worried that not everything would be gone. So I called up 1-800-GOT-JUNK and scheduled them for late on the last day. They showed up exactly as scheduled and pick up all the remaining items. The service people with Tropical are punctual, efficient and friendly. What else do you need to know? I guess maybe that they are also thorough; I'm always confident that my HVAC equipment will keep me comfortable.

I have household items stored with Tippet-Richardson. Recently, I had to get in and retrieve some things. The warehouse storage people were professional and very friendly even though I asked them to search through several crates to find what I wanted. After getting everything home I noticed that I'd forgotten some couch legs--they searched through storage and brought them out and installed them for me next day. They even refinished them! Even though they are a big company you really feel like they are a family shop.
