Hello everyone. I recently had a drain backup in my basement and I'm grateful to rooterworx team for saving the basement and letting me rest peacefully. It is all happened around 8pm in the evening, technicians were at my home by 9pm. They have completed snaking and run drain camera to make sure the clog is cleared. Tested the sewer drain system again to function properly, gave few useful advices. So, they did their job excellent and finished by 12:30am.
I'm really happy with the service received, consider use them in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

On moving into my new house just before Christmas I discovered a flooding in my basement due to a blockage in my main drain.
Oleg came to my home and promptly assessed my situation. He subsequently came with his crew the day after Christmas and very efficiently and professionally they fixed my problem. Everyone worked very hard on this big messy job and I’m extremely grateful for their diligence. I highly recommend them.

The work took a little longer than normal due to the holidays and the stores not having the sewer valve in Stock. But once they got the valve the job was done in an hour.

Very friendly and professional service at a competitive price! Guys worked very hard and tirelessly to change out our clay pipes that had roots growing and were miss-aligning. They made sure to check In with us to ensure everything was done as expected. The backwatervalve was replaced and they walked us through every step even with the permit and preparing the paperwork for the rebate, they also ensured the soil in the front yard was placed back very carefully. ( we had the back water valve installed in our front yard ). When the work was all completed, they cleaned up the basement and yard very well! We would very much recommend and use Rooter Worx services again!
