Removing the bathtub and converting the space to a walk in shower is very popular today. The nice thing about the Mr. Marble panels are they are easy to clean and have no grout lines.

At Remodel Construction we strive to provide accurate, detailed and honed quotes because it’s important to be upfront and clear right from the beginning.

From time to time clients often add additional work to the renovation outside of the original contact. When this happens we provide you with a change notice describing the additional work along with any additional costs associated with the additional work.

Changing the scope of work to ensure that you received the finished look you wanted for the stair railing is important to us it’s your home and it’s our job to facilitate that you get exactly what you want.

Good communication is key to all successful renovation projects whether they are big or small renovations. Today with materials shortages and supply issues it’s even more important to have hood communication with our clients and suppliers. We believe that good communications is key to a smoother renovation and this also helps keep your renovation on time and on budget.

Protecting your home is important we have dust control fans that we use in the windows and several products for your floors depending if it’s carpet or hard floors.

One thing that is very important that we hear from clients all the time is that their contractor starts the job and then disappears for a while then returns for few days and that cycle repeats itself. We'll rest assured that will not happen if you hire us. We are there on your job every day from start to finish unless there are inspections or unforeseen delays.

The renovation we completed for you was quite extensive involving over half of your home. We required architectural drawings along with plumbing, electrical and building permits in order to complete the necessary construction and comply with the requirements of the city.

Your washroom was more complicated than the average washroom because you were using oversized tiles heated floors and heated towel bar including installing tiles on almost all of the walls. All these finishes must be installed correctly to achieve the look and finish that you wanted therefore excellent planning is needed.

It’s always important to have great communication on any renovation because it will ensure that the job progresses smoothly and eliminates delays and also will keep your job on budget by avoiding additional costs.
