We searched out a few companies and once we found Permalock and saw two of their projects we knew they were the company for us. Jordan's designs and ideas were exactly what we wanted. He always accommodated us if we wanted to make a change. The entire crew are clean cut, polite, very professional and always leave a clean work site each and every day. Our experience with the Permalock team was exceptional. When we decided to extensively renovate the front of our home, we contacted several reputable landscape design firms. After careful consideration, we selected Permalock. The project included a new driveway, porch area, irrigation system and a garden space. We were looking for a company that had the skills to do the job right. Throughout the process from the initial consultation, to the 3D drawings to final review, Jordan was available and very knowledgeable on the many build questions and options we wanted to try and incorporate into the space.

When the job began we met the rest of the Permalock team. The work was done with an exceptionally high level of perfection. The stone work and attention to detail was exceptional (who knew stone work could be so symmetrical!). They were very neat and tidy (sweeping the street at the end of the day), with consideration made to the neighbors and to the street traffic. The neighbors came by to give that kind of feedback! They were well liked and very professional while working on the street.

From beginning to end the team were very focused on ensuring we were happy throughout the project. It is great to work with people who take so much pride in the work they do! After interviewing 8 other companies we decided to try one more, 9's a charm, in hopes that they would understand our vision and execute it in a professional and knowledgeable manner--Permalock Inc. understood it perfectly. Permalock met our budget, design and quality standards.
From day one, when the Permalock blue brigade arrived, the team's enthusiasm, punctuality, professionalism, and work ethic was evident. The team always maintained a safe and clean working environment for both themselves and the homeowners. Each step of the process was always discussed with us and all our questions, concerns, changes were addressed.
The length of the project extended from the fall to the spring. The tremendous amount of rain in the fall delayed the project despite the team's best intentions to complete before year's end. Our trust in the team held us over the season and they were back, as promised, by March. The team made every effort to ensure that the snowy start to spring did not delay the project once again.
In the end we were extremely pleased with our base for the driveway, the actual interlocked driveway, walkways,front porch, backyard patio, concrete pads for one side of the house, wood burning pizza oven and wood burning fireplace; those of which they too were constructed by Permalock. last but not least we had some great laughs during the espresso infused coffee breaks. They are trustworthy, friendly, serious about their work, and knowledgeable about what they build.

Quality of work by Jordan was excellent. However, towards the end, there were some minor, but very important things to be taken care of, that even after three months of my repeated attempts to contact them, were completely ignored. The stone and stucco work was subcontracted to another company, and they were the ones who messed up in the finishing stage. However, since my contractor was permalock, it should have been jordan's responsibility to ensure that the other guy completes the job. I tried repeatedly for upto three months, and eventually gave up.

Our backyard patio and landscaping were completed this summer. Of all the companies that we considered, Jordan’s design was by far superior to meeting our needs and creating a truly magnificent oasis of a backyard. Jordan and his team were trustworthy, reliable, friendly and on time every day. They completed the job on schedule and to the specifications of the design. The team really cared about their work and paid great attention to detail. In the end, we are extremely happy with our backyard patio and landscaping and would highly recommend Permalock if you are looking for high quality workmanship and a professional design.

When i called the guys in i had a high level idea of what i wanted but they took that, expanded on it and provided us with a 3-d drawing. we went back and forth tweaking it until we were happy with it. Once they started to build, they helped us to co-ordinate the other trades and helped us to find a couple of them that we had no referrals for. They took on some extra work as it came up on the job and kept the area as clean as possible considering the type of work that they were doing. They worked hard and were honest and professional at all times. We have used these guys at my previous house as has my parents and their neighbors. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do work on their house. The saying you get what you pay for is perfectly suited here, we had neighbors do stuff similar for less money, those pillars have sunk or the walls are now leaning as they were done cheaply.
